Overall a great product.

Fit on our current bracket so that was great. Looks great and conrtols are easy to figure out. Defrosted some ground beef and worked great with even thawing, no hot spots.

I wipe prints from the front/door daily! Super easy to use. I still can't get the cloak set right and I've been through the book 2 times for help and found nothing.

It provides quick & easy preparation for variety of items. We like the multi speed fan choices for vent and light is effective as night light or cooking aide! Very good choice!

The magnetron did die on it however Samsung was very accommodating and professional and had it fixed within a few days.

Unit has functioned quite well although it ended up being mounted a little too high for my shorter wife. It was once necessary to dismount it and unfortunately the rear right internal screw plate detached within the unit. So it was remounted with just one top screw holding it on its left and a right dummy screw helping prevent tip over. (Tip over cannot readily occur as unit's weight sits on a retainer plate screwed to wall and top is flush against cabinet bottom.)

When you are using the microwave, there is no light inside, as most microwaves do, to see if the food being heated requires attention. Have to use a flashlight is annoying and opening and closing all of the time is not effecctive.
