Very nice product So many new button than my last Samsung that lasted 9 years I like all the memory setting and they are place on edge of door when u open it So easy to clean than older model Hope this one last just as long

Installed for a month now in our kitchen rehab. Works great. Very quiet. Changed lights to LEDs from Amazon. Huge improvement. Much brighter and essentially no heat.

Great so far. My favorite feature is that the inside is blue instead of white. It’s harder too see when things splatter which could be a pain, but I simply like that I don’t see every little speck each time I open up the door.

It’s a great microwave was easy to install just wish it had come with a user manual. It’s such a pain to have to look for it online and then have to download and print it

I’m very pleased with the Samsung microwave . It fits perfectly with my decor. Only negative, I had to go onto YouTube to reset the clock, but otherwise simple to use.

I honestly wasn't sure cause of all the bad reviews but if you read some of them they are complaining about dum stuff. It doesnt have the quick 1 min, 2 min, 3 min, etc option but like how hard is it to just type 1:00 lol, i really like it, looks really nice and it has a really good extractor

Excellent microwave. We loved it because it is modern and an excellent brand. Of course it heats up super well. Additionally, the instructions for assembling it were exact and simple. Both my wife and I recommend this product 100%

Microwave works fine, no complaints on operation/function. Nice & roomy inside. Looks good installed. Not too much stainless areas to keep clean on outside. The low review is 1 year later, when both bulbs are out that light the oven below. What a terrible design for bulb placement & the type used. Nowhere in instructions that came with product were there any specs for this...if you've spent any time in a light bulb aisle, this would be a handy detail. Downloaded the manual (save you some time, it's pg 21 here: https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201911/20191122104255594/ME4000R_ME19R7041FS_AA_EN-MES-CFR.pdf Purchased 2 20W halogens - I bought a G8 bulb at recommendation of store lighting person - absent any more details in instructions. Good luck getting these bulbs in! There is literally less than 2" clearance to get your hands in position & raise bulb up & into place! Wearing gloves (for halogen bulb), and with petite hands, it's nearly impossible to get your hand in position to see/or install them. Possibly the G8 is incorrect? The pins are now bent & neither my husband, nor I can get them to go in. If your business involves design & you've been at it a while & want repeat customers, why not make the ongoing maintenance on a simple task ...simple? A regular base bulb style would be a thousand times easier to install. Having good lighting above the stove was key for me when reading reviews to select this microwave. I was pleased with the amount of light this unit provides. But beyond the original installed bulbs, we're in the dark & Extremely frustrated by trips back and forth to store to try another type, at $6-8 a pop & needing 2. Sorry for such a low review on what seems like a minor detail, but it's a big deal day to day & shouldn't be this frustrating.
