Stopped working after 3 months

Luckily, Samsung covered the repair. He wasn’t sure exactly what the issue was but he took it apart and tighten everything. It’s working but now I’m afraid it will happen again. Using it is a little cumbersome.

Instead there are buttons to reheat various items or to use sensor cooking. I had a problem reheating a rotisserie chicken, but everything else has come out fine. Fan and light are much better than on the GE model we had.
