Excellent appliance! I highly recommend this microwave due to its ease of use and great functions.

Great looking microwave. Compliments looks of Samsung refrigerator we have nearby it beautifully. Was skeptical of the sensor cooking feature as other units we’ve had have also had this. They would still burn foods like microwave popcorn. The sensor cooking on this Samsung microwave, however, has worked perfectly for us thus far. Have made several bags of popcorn already and not one burnt tasting bag yet. Build quality seems solid. Very happy with this unit so far.

Has so many auto features it does all the thinking for you. Everything comes out perfectly cooked. Very easy to use.

After doing some research we decided to go with this model as it was on sale and comparable to our old microwave. My wife and really enjoyed the fact that the the interior was not the typical white that tends to discolor over time. I had never installed a microwave before but after removing the old one, I decided I would give it a shot. Instructions were clear and we had it installed in 45 minutes. As far as features, it's a microwave and it heats up food.

Old Samsung microwave passed over the rainbow bridge and we replaced with equivalent newer model. So far we are pleased.

Very nice Microwave with no fingerprints, Good purchase

This microwave puts my old one to shame. I eat popcorn everyday and the sensor must really work. Im not wasting half the bag. Also works great on food as well. I use it quite often and has worked flawlessly. Spend a little more and get this one with the cooking sensor.

Easier to install to wall than previous microwaves I’ve installed. Works fine. Sensor settings also work great.

Great size- love the color on the inside. Cooks quickly. My only complaint is that it is hard to set the clock.

Looks beautiful. Didn't realize it had a blue LED display which doesn't match our other kitchen appliances that have green LED. Also, this microwave doesn't have shortcut buttons (quick cook) where you can simply press "1" for 1 minute cook time. It requires you to use "1:00, start". Not a big deal but definitely wasn't a known feature lacking.

Heat really fast, easy to use, maybe the only i could recommend is that thay need to change that yellow light, for LED.

Really like the new microwave. Just can't figure out how to set the clock. Was not done by installers.

Works great and as intended. No issues with the device

This is a nice microwave; however, it lacks some of the settings that we had on our Whirlpool microwave which we had to replace. There reheat setting are not up to par with others and you have to read the inside panel to understand what settings need to be used.
