Bought this to matcha new Samsung slide in gas range. The interior enamel coating is very easy to clean, the controls are intuitive, and it does it's job well with some style!!

Works great so far! Ive had it for a couple weeks. I replaced my 2008 appliances and in comparison it feels lighter and more stylish and fancy but also a little more hollow and fragile in compariosn. But a great unit nonetheless

I've used Samsung products for years because of their reliability, look and style. This product is no different. I've had this microwave for little less than a month now with no issues.

This equipment is another level, it is very large inside, it works wonderfully and it sucks in odors very well. It looks very good with my new kitchen. I recommend it.

I like this microwave, but setting the clock is a challenge. Also the fan is very loud. Microwave is above cost.

Supper Quite and a great looking Applicance. So far very happy with this Microwave, can't wait to have the stove and dishwasher to be installed, I have the matching fridge installed as well very happy with this purchase.

Have to push buttons hard. Should automatically cook on hi unless you need lower power.

This microwave is one of the best purchases in appliances I have made. It has the sensor cooking and that is great for rehearing foods without drying them out. The handle is metal as opposed to the plastic handle covered in silver tape that GE sells. I would highly recommend this microwave.

Everything we expected and it has the nice touch-free finish that is easy to wipe off with a damp rag. The interior is big and the inside material is a plus.

Pro: The Geek Squad installers were pleasant, friendly and did a fine job. They knew what they were doing, easily removing the old microwave, installing the new one and thoroughly cleaning up after themselves. Con: All of our kitchen appliances are Samsungs and until now, we’ve been very happy with them. When our old microwave broke, we had no hesitation in getting another Samsung from Best Buy. BUT, this one is different. It seems cheap. We got a food splatter on the window inside the door from some oatmeal – not a big deal. But when my wife used the scrub (plastic, NOT metal) side of the sponge to remove it, the window was scratched. It’s now permanently scarred! See photos. This is astonishing! The old microwave had a glass window and heavy door – this one is all flimsy plastic. The On switch often takes 3 or 4 tries to activate. Can’t imagine this unit will hold up for more than a year or two at most. Very disappointed!

Excellent Microwave, First time going Samsung !! Love it inside ( blue colored ) and out ( Stainless ) perfect for my kitchen.

We bought this as a replacement for the original microwave in our fifth wheel trailer that recently failed. This unit works great and looks great too. The inside is very easy to keep clean and the controls are well laid out. We use our microwave at least five times a day, so it gets a lot of use.

I have only had this new microwave installed for one week. I ONLY use soft, lean microfiber cloths to clean it. However, the plastic over the control panel is so very soft, it is now totally scratched. The more I tried to follow instructions on how to buff out the scratches, the worse it got. Now I am so very disgusted with the outcome. My old Microwave last 17 years and the plastic over its control panel was not scratched after almost two decades of cleaning. What is wrong with Samsung???? There is no excuse for this. Since the buttons are already a little hard to engage, placing another layer of plastic over the scratched panel (another suggestion) I feel would only make it even harder to engage the buttons.
