A great microwave!

Love the solid feel of the door and solid feel overall. It was easy to install although the mounting had to be modified compared to the previous microwave. The exhaust fan is quiet and multiple speeds is a plus It cooks quite well. The light has two bulbs and gives off adequate light.

Best Buy is bringing us a new one to be installed. I still think it's a good microwave and would recommend it.

Get the upgraded model

Do yourself a favor and upgrade. This is a painful experience. The glass rotating plate always comes dislodged, so I have to put it back in properly every time i use it. It has the quick 30 second timer, but you have to click it, then click start. Just get the upgrade, you'll be happier than I. Good luck!

Replacement of existing Samsung Micro

The old was also a Samsung and was 2 years old. With an estimate of $200 to repair, I replaced it for less money but, did also need to pay for the repair service call.
