The exhaust fan speed lowers to almost off when the microwave function is used at the same time and doesn't get the air out at all. Its too noisy and doesn't heat fast enough. I owned another Samsung microwave previous to this one and it heated food in half the time

Samsung should really have instructions on how to set the clock etc. we had to go online to look for this information.

I was worried about doing the install myself but since I consider myself handy. I do recommend using two people but I complete the job alone anyway!

Believed I would see the same great product experience but unfortunately has fallen short of my expectations. I have installed several microwaves. The installation of this Samsung was horrible. The mounting template is made from the thinnest/flimsy paper and tore when trying to use it. The cabinet metal is so thin and structurally not supported that when fastening to the cabinet it buckled. After several attempts to support the space between the microwave and cabinet with different board thicknesses, it still buckled and would not draw tight to the cabinet. The instruction manual does not tell how to set the clock for this specific unit that does not have a clock button. Why do manufactures feel they have to cheapen their product quality in the face of a price point or profit? I will spend more in the future for better quality.

It did not. All microwaves are standard size, they are not. This one almost touches the stove. Good thing since I’m short easy to reach.
