A few buttons are confusing and I have locked myself out of the keyboard a few times, but it's easy to figure out how to unlock. The inside is roomy and I like the fan and light underneath.

It seemed to be a good deal until we got it home and found out that our favorite feature isn't present on this model. It doesn't have a single-button express cook feature. What were they thinking???!!! Other than that, it mounted under the stove hood without too much trouble--I was able to do it myself.

We recommend you always ensure that the door seals are clean and that the door closes properly. Take particular care when cleaning the door seals to ensure no particles accumulate and prevent the door from closing correctly. Wash the glass door with very mild soap and water. Be sure to use a soft cloth to avoid scratching.

Our old unit had five reheat settings where this unit has only three. Even still it gets the job done. We were quite happy with the installation.
