I will say the pictures are misleading, because I thought I was getting a rack with this microwave. Also, I am unhappy with the timer. You can not cook food while the timer is on.

After shopping around we found that most of the major appliance stores all had the same price however best buy allowed us to ship to the store and pick up for no charge (since we were installing ourselves). They provided great customer service as we picked up the microwave right in the middle of Black Friday shopping.

Works well but does have some issues. Blower is set to the back by default. Almost no other company does this out of the box. No quick start option, must put in a time and submit it. Works great though

We were not having any luck with GE microwaves (2 in 4 years) decided to try this Samsung. It has the same power as the others, but seems to cook better. The only thing it doesn’t have that the others did is the ability to run the kitchen timer and cook something at the same time. With all the great features, not a minus in my book.

After only having it about a month the turntable stopped working. Delivery was like watching The Two Stooges…they left a huge mess all over the place, sawdust from installing. They had to remove the television as it was built in directly above the microwave (same size as microwave)and said it was ready to go. In my oversight I forgot to check it and now it does not work! So overall I’m not too happy with Best Buy!

You have to select beverage and then start. The fan has multiple speeds to keep smoke out of the house. Does Potatoes to perfection, defrosts as designed and everything we have cooked or reheated came out perfectly. If you like quick keys get a different model. I miss them!
