    I hope others who purchase do not have the same issues i have had, 2 tvs in less than a month have gone out. First the day of delivery, the second two weeks later. Best Buy has been the best though, replacing the first one with the same model, and replacing the second one with a different brand and model, i went with the HiSense U8. Hopefully the picture is as good. The Samsung had a great picture but the dependability for such an expensive TV is not so much.

    Beautiful picture - bright and crisp. Snappy apps and everything accessed in one place from the home screen. Like that the TV remote can control the volume on my connected receiver.

    Great TV. I researched all brands and what they offered and their pictures. I was hesitant to purchase the less expensive brands from china as they have made great progress, and might overtake Samsung and Sony and LG down the road in dependability and quality, just not sure they’re there yet. Yes the Samsung was more expensive, but if you can afford it it’s the one 100 inch to buy. The only other choice for me was the LG which this was their first entree into mini led’s as they are known for oled, and the Sony 98 was based on their Bravia 5, not their highly acclaimed Bravia 9. Why! So having other Samsungs, and being happy with them, I stayed with the brand that I thought gave me the most confidence in their product.

    Awesome picture. My only complaint is that the image on the website shows a center base which is incorrect. It actually has 2 legs that were too far apart for my entertainment center so we had to wall mount it.

    Great TV. Replaced my 100" projector with this Mini Led TV. I can figure out how to turn on the TV Microphone???

    I had the TV for 2 days when the video went completely out. I had audio but no video. I had to wait almost an entire month to get replacement due to on inventory being available anywhere. I got the replacement and after a week the lest side of screen went very dark. Turned the user off for about 20 minutes and screen returned to normal. I had the same on the right side, and then again on the left over a few days. Obviously Samsung has an issue with this model that they need to address. Decided to go with Hisense 100 in model and have had no problems. I will say that Best Buy customer support has been wonderful and did everything they could to help me rectify the situation.

    Problems with this TV

    I was really happy the first couple of weeks after buying this 100" Samsung TV but then one half of the screen would be dark every now and then when I turned it on. I was going to swap it for another of the same TV but saw the same complaints from other buyers of this TV. I decided to swap it for the Sony Bravia 5 mini-LED 98" TV. So far, I'm happy with the new Sony.
