Freezer is performing as expected. door is magnetic, so more room for the grands artwork. install was flawless and right on time.

Bought to store prepped meals and breastmilk. It is so convenient, easy to stay organized with drawer storage or all shelf storage. Can be used as a fridge or freezer. Magnetic front and sides. Can even stick command hooks on sides for extra storage.

5 weeks in from purchase: Pro-stays cold in southern facing garage despite hot weather; digital display; auto defrost; many shelves and removable bins; door storage; aesthetically adequate; reasonably narrow Cons-this freezer replaces a smaller manual freezer that was shorter, which required moving a stationary wall shelf (my lack of future planning)

Great versatile fridge / freezer. Perfect size if you want something tall and slim. Works GREAT. This is my second one. Super quiet too. I often check it to be sure it is running. The 1st one I bought a year ago and they run awesome this far.

I bought two and was hoping to put them side-by-side & having direction of the door opening in opposite directions. but I didn't want to damage to door as other reviews mentioned switching the handles can be a challenge. I wish Bestbuy or Samsung would allow us to choose the left/right door while placing the order. Overall I am very pleased with the convertible freezer/refrigerator very much.

I've had 2 of these units for about a month. So far so good. Swapped the door on the right unit, made the left one a freezer, and right one a refridgerator. Now I have a 4 ft wide side-by-side refridgerator unit. Plenty of space! The only negative I'd give is that I would have rather had one more additional shelf, and one less drawer, but this does not impact my overall review score (5 star).

i have had this freezer for 2 weeks now and it is perfect. I like that it is tall and skinny. I liked it so much, our friends bought the same one.

Very sleek looking freezer. Works beautifully with my decor and looks even better up close. With the bins, I was able to organize all my meat by grouping them in each bin. Now my refrigerator freezer is free of non meat products. Great price and love Samsung products!

The whole process went smooth and trouble-free the delivery people did a super job getting the freezer in cleaning up their mess and making sure everything was working when they left couldn't ask for any better delivery people or sales people absolutely no problems

Disappointed that I have to unplug it to reset the freezer temperature. The control buttons allow me to change the temperature, but it doesn't stay to what I set it to. I have to unplug it to reset then set it to what temperature I want. Other than that, it works great, the size is perfect.

The freezer is a thinner then I thought it would be but it looks sleek and still has a lot of room inside. The ability to switch it to a refrigerator is also a nice option.

This is a great freezer! I wish there was an option to have drawers or shelves or to change the set up to some degree. The door alarm is very quiet. Which I wish this was louder. Also, the price is a bit high. Other brands were a lot less but we wanted a second to match our other. The price has gone up drastically in the last few years. Other than that, we love this freezer.
