Great Fridge/Freezer. Wife and I survived two weeks in fridge mode while waiting for our new Friday to be delivered. Temperature was accurate and has plenty of space inside and out. The footprint fit in our laundry room perfectly. When we changed to Freezer mode easily. Very easy to change modes and everything works as advertised. One thing that is a little concerning is hight from top of glass to bottom of upper drawer is tight. The space between the top of a bottle of regular size Starbucks Frappuccino is about 1/4" inch you can't just grab and go you have to pull it out slowly as any tilt will cause it to wedge itself. With that said I really like it.

This was mostly for my wife, we looked at a few other fridge only options and this was her preferred choice for mostly drinks and extra produce. Capacity is more than we thought it'd be and it is really sleek. It's pretty quiet, but there is the occasional increase in volume. For the most part I don't hear it. Also, not sure if the back is where the heat discharges also, but the left side, when facing the fridge, gets really warm if covered, so we had to make sure there was enough space on that side to vent.

Very pleased with the Samsung upright freezer. We bought this to replace our chest freezer. Got tired of having to dig everything out to get to the bottom. The shelves and drawers are very spacious. Everything can be organized and seen without having to dig around. The freezer was chilled and ready for use within an hour or so. Been using it now for about 2 months and I am very pleased with it.

So quite. My plug starts from the top and is curved to the right at plug in. Will fit through a bedroom door. I have it in my office was easy to slide in. It froze to zero right away( in 1 day) but i did wait 2 days to put food. It also comes with a small ice cube tray which i leave in there and check to make sure they are still frozen. Its small but holds more than you might think and i love the bins very roomy!!!

I like this smaller freezer with drawers makes easy to separate types of meat. Has more room than it looks like in the picture. I am thinking about buying another one.

Freezer works great, looks great with excellent storage. Temperature is maintained at about -3F. Drawers and shelves are great organizers for the food. Smaller than my last freezer, but plenty of room for my additional frozen storage needs. I would recommend to family and friends. I would definitely purchase again.

Totally pleased with unit so far, but was totally furious with delivery. The crew manager said we hadn't asked for unpacking and hookup service and there was no discussing it. They just plopped it in the garage (where it is being used) and I was told to initial 2 places and sign the invoice. When I started to sign I noticed there was a place for comment so I started to voice my disappointment when he yanked the clipboard out of my hand and walked off! Never did get to sign it!

Not sure when it is running way too quiet. Doing a great job so far. Waiting to see how the frost free works out.

The freezer layout improves its capacity and allows loading a lot of food. I had to change the opening side of the door and it was not so easy, but, following the instructions, it was possible to finish the job. I would suggest improving the instructions to show more details about how to disassemble the door.

My freezer/refrigerator is excellent, it exceeded all my expectations.

I love this fridge so much plenty of room and adjustable shelves. It’s wonderful. The only thing is when it was installed they put the door on crooked.

This thing is great. Freezes really quick and can be used for fridge as well. Frost free. The door handle can be changed. Highly recommend!

You can't go wrong with this freezer/frig. It'sa space saver and it has alot of room. I love the fact that you can change the settings from a freezer to a frig. Amazing

It’s excellent fridge Spacious and fit small areas

Freezer is a very nice looking one, I got it for the fits and upright, but it's been a nightmare since. My food would get defrosted and the freezer would freeze itself again, so I have ice all over my freezer and inside my food. I was puzzled until I bought a temp sensor to record the temperature. You can see the temp reached to 35F and cool itself, and back up again, and cool itself, then again reaching 55F and cool itself down. I have samsung techs out here to troubleshoot multiple times, and I was told, it's "regular defrosting cycle" What kind of defrosting cycle would cause all your things to melt and ice cream became puddle of milk? There is something wrong with the fridge and they just won't admit to it. I would avoid this freezer if I can, if you are using it as a fridge, then I think it would be okay, but buy it at your own risk!
