Love my little chromebook. Was hesitating, heard people say that you're limited with a chromebook, that you can't download other browsers than the google that is on there. Which is true, but it doesn't bother me a bit. It turns right on when you open it up, the battery life is fantastic, it lasts all day if you were to use it non stop, and it loads pages quick. Never had a virus on there. The only thing i'm not that excited about is that it has basically no hard drive. Wish I could download my extensive picture library. The only way to do it is to use a flash drive....:( Other than that, I'm happy with it. Perfect to browse the internet check email.

I did not know what a Chromebook was; however, both my daughters do and love it. Google Docs and Google Slides is great and exactly what is used in school. I used it too and it is so much faster than the ASUS laptop I have now. Very happy with this purchase, especially since it was $99 on Black Friday.

I am so excited. Black Friday early ad came out. My computer wasn’t working well. I called the store and the sweetest lady named Lilly helped me and when I got there to pick up there was no problem. My granddaughters are going to be so excited Christmas. Such a great price. Thanks Best Buy :)

I bought 2 laptops for Black Friday and got great deals for both! It’s a great laptop to surf the internet and write papers for school. The only thing I like better about the Insignia is the touch screen tablet. But if you want something for light laptop work then this Sumsung laptop all the way

Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. The price point was great being that I’m a full time student and I’m satisfied with the basic functionality. If you are In need of a basic laptop for things such as taking notes,doing homework online and web browsing I would definitely recommend this chrome book.

My son is in his first year of middle school and requested a laptop for his studies. He is receiving this as a gift so I haven’t checked it out yet but based on the description it looks like it is a great beginning for a young child that doesn’t do heavy duty work or assignments. Great price.

it is day one and so far the pc is great supurb sound and very fast as aof yet I have no cons for this chrombook. if that changes I will update but it seems to be of high quality and made right. even had a full charge, and had been under the x mas tree for a month.

Love my chromebook. You open it up and it turns on automatically. You click on the Google browser and it opens up in a second. I've been using my chromebook now more than my laptop. Glad I bought it. The price was excellent as well. Samsung makes quality products!

I bought 4 of them to give as presents. I bought 4 of them during the Black Friday deal and bought them for only $99 each. Overall, they all loved them. Even if you had to write something for School you can always use google docs and then export as word document.

My last Chromebook was an Acer, however it died after 5 yrs of good use so I opted for this inexpensive replacement. It's fine for basic apps and internet access. It's not quite as fast as the Acer but I didn't do a lot of research or comparing specs when looking for a replacement.

I bought this for myself for online shopping and browsing and I didnt want a full laptop. This has really good battery life and does everything I need it to. Can be a bit sluggish at times but nothing that causes any real problems.

I love this Chromebook. It was on sale for Black Friday, and is a rather nice one. After you get the laptop, make sure to manually update it, and it should have android apps on it after that. Overall, it's something I am VERY happy that I purchased.

Bought this for my daughter to do homework and be able to to do social media. She loves it as she watches YouTube, Netflix and pandora. Great product for the price. This is actually our second one for my girls.

Purchased Black Friday for $100. Took 5 minutes to get up and running. Only able to get 2 of my Wi-Fi printers working. The screen is not as bright as my other laptops but for the price of can't be best
