Fast start up, light weight, helps to carry around without issues

I purchased an open box. It came as the laptop only in a Best Buy generic box. No charger, no cable, etc. It worked fine with a regular phone charging type-C cable though. Charges fast, runs a long time on a single charge. It's great for: Students or elders doing basic research and watching YouTube, Skype/Zoom, writing papers and not much else. You can "install" Linux on it but with only 64GB it's kind of bloated and doesn't let you install much else. It's basically a laptop - tablet. Easier to type on than a tablet, a bit heavier than you'd suspect but it's fine. 15.6" - easy to see. Nothing to write home about. I used about 3 times, expected to give to my elder mom but unfortunately she can't type with her recent stroke so it was short lived.

I bought this so i can create SafeStart presentations for work. At work im using PowerPoint but cant get PowerPoint to work on this so i learned how to use Google Slides which comes on the chromebook. Personally i prefer google slides much more, its much more user friendly and im able to open with microsoft at work easily. It does exactly what i bought it for very well and at a very low price.

Great laptop. I just need d it for work and simple things. It works well and is nice and sleek.

I previously had owned this model so when it needed replacement, I was happy to buy the same one. Set up is a breeze-quick and easy. I use it for Zoom conference calls, online shopping, emails, and reading many articles with a number of tabs open at one time. Battery life is fine and sync with my phone was a snap as well. Price point really sells it.

We have purchased over 40 of these chromebooks. The good, Decent screen size and enough processing power that the browser does not lag. Fairly good materials. Of the 40 we have, most have survived our employees. It is a fairly big cheap laptop. Key travel is good. The bad, Not durable despite the good materials. Chargers failed on 80% of ones owned. Screen hinges break easily. The screen is very dim and should be used in a dimly lit room away from direct sunlight. The track pad is terrible we have had to buy everyone external mice.

Works wonderfully! Very smooth. Its perfect for casual users. Budget friendly.

Bought this for my grandmother absolutely loves it works great for what she needs it for which is basically just plain Google games and streaming online recommended to anybody that need something for school or for a more senior family member

Purchased for my grandchild- it’s great. Allows her to do homework, become proficient at typing, and play a couple of educational games. We wanted something that would allow easy parental monitoring, but where she could also enjoy “kids messenger.” Works well, looks good, no problems!

Great laptop, great picture, lightweight and fast at loading.

We purchased this Chromebook for my 10th grade daughter. She said it is easy to use and loves the large screen. She also said that she likes the slightly larger keyboard because it is easier to type on than her previous, smaller Chromebook.

I liked the first one I bought, I bought a second one! Very easy to set up and use. Pretty basic laptop, but it certainly meets my needs. The Chrome OS functions especially well. Very good audio and video quality. I have become a loyal Samsung customer and use several of their devices (TV, smartphones, laptops).
