Really solid Laptop for the price

Good for web browsing, doing papers, and downloading apps. 4 stars because of the low GB memory. I’d suggest purchasing a micro SD to compensate for the low memory. Battery life is great too!

PROBLEM..NO CAPS LOCK..SMH. U HAVE TO HOLD DOWN ALT AND THE MAGNIFYING TO MAKE CAPITAL LETTERS. NOT TOUCH SCREEN...DOESNT OVER HEAT WHICH IS GREAT!!! NO 10 KEY. WAS KINDA DISAPPOINTED, BUT ITZ KOOL. ILL BUY ANOTHER LAPTOP WITH ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES... I JUST NEEDED SUMPTN 4 NOW. OH YEA THE VOLUME NOT HIGH. I GOTTA PLUG MY SPEAKER SO I CAN HEAR HEAR. LOL

Not just the product, but experience as well. The associated that helped me had to really search to find it, had to get a new tag for it, all while helping another customer with a smile on his face. He was awesome!
