    Wondered why the freezer was full of ice and snow immediately after we turned it on. We discovered that there was a gap down the left side of the refrigerator and freezer where the seal is supposed to connect the doors to the refrigerator and freezer. Had to return it. Luckily, we discovered the issue before the warranty was up and Best Buy came to pick it up.

    door reversal is a nightmare

    This "install" (door reversal) has been a NIGHTMARE. The first crew sent couldn't complete the task (they thought a part was missing, but it was there) and the second crew sent simply left without coming up to the door (I had blocked my day and took off to be there).

    Refridgerator works fine. I do not like that there⁹ is limited places for the shelves and you can not see whats on the top shelf without bending over.

    One of the reasons I purchased this refrigerator was that it was advertised on the Samsung website and others to have "wifi connectivity". Talking with Samsung I have discovered that it does not. That to me is false advertising.

    Fails to cool to safe tempature

    The fridge does not cool when the temperature rises in the afternoon (garage fridge). All food in the fridge had to be thrown out. Two service calls with Best Buy have yet to resolve the issue. Poor quality fridge and poor quality Best Buy service!

    Stopped cooling. Temperature fluctuates.

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am upset because I have had the fridge less than a year. I can’t put food in the freezer. Samsung sent a repair person who said the Best Buy installers damaged the fridge when they switched the doors. Best Buy said that wouldn’t affect it and Samsung says it’s got damage and they won’t send a tech. I have called Samsung five times, each time over an hour. They twice said they would send someone and then the next day they text to cancel the ticket.

    Too many issues, door put on wrong, employees didn’t know what they were doing. The second time, they brought an ice maker, that had been on back order, they pretended that they knew what, they were doing, they didn’t as well. They told me, I would have ice in four hours, it had been a week no ice. I rate this as a F- for service.

    On the bestbuy web site it shows icemaker. I thought it did included icemaker but it did not. I hope it clearly shows at the site for any confusions.

    I bought this product from best buy August 9 2022, I called best buy 9/5/22 letting them know the refrigerator that I just bought brand new has a defect : top freezer works fine bottom part does not cool at all EVEN ADJUST TO HIGHER Level .This a is brand new product that is not even working right, i called i was not able to get no help.

    Two Defective Refrigerators in a row

    This is the second defective refrigerator i have had delivered. The delivery guys are great, but the products are garbage. My tenant had to throw away a bunch of meat and cheeses, milk, etc...and she has her remaining groceries in my frideg and freezer. I was told that it would take a week to get a replacement here. 0/10

    1 year Warranty only, the worst fridge, just don’t buy it, accessories inside are bad quality, not cooling enough, even when is almost empty

    Don't buy. dents very easily then it looks terrible. They should make the front of the fridge like the sides, much more durable, easier to keep clean and doesn't dent. You can not adjust the shelves, which is useless.
