In a years time we’ve had 6 repair calls on it. I would stay away from this one

Nice looking, sleek design. I actually would prefer a door handle like the one my old Sears Kenmore had (which also was a sleek design) due to arthritis and because you have more angles for leverage and with this vertical pocket design you have to get at a certain angle for a good grip (but it is definitely better than those models with the horizontal design because you don’t have the freezer door to knock your knuckles on every time you open the fridge). Also, a physical handle would be especially helpful on this refrigerator for 2 reasons. First, because it would cut down on fingerprints and second because the suction that holds the door closed is quite strong… so strong that the entire refrigerator has actually moved out of the physical alignment with the wall after a month of opening and closing. The freezer actually looks like it pops open a smidge every time I open the fridge but there’s strong suction there too so it just pops back closed. I like having just one big drawer for fruits and vegetables. I like all the storage space on the door but my last fridge had little dividers so everything didn’t shake or fall over when you open the door. Of course it wasn’t the jarring experience that happens with this model. I miss the dedicated hanging spot for my ice tray in the freezer and I’m glad I kept my old ice container (which I use to store frozen blueberries & anything that would cause a huge mess if the power went out). Oh, & don’t give away your old ice trays either because you don’t get new ones. You do get little egg trays which I don’t use because of the door issue; the trays are rather shallow and the eggs get knocked out. The actual functionality of the fridge and freezer work fine as far as temperature. I also like that most every shelf & storage space is see through. Lastly, do not let the installers leave before you see if the fridge jiggles because it can appear level (side to side) but not be level (front to back). Best Buy matched the price of another retailer which is always nice. I have mixed feelings as to whether I would recommend this item. It looks nice. It does the job of keeping food cold. But I get slightly irritated every time I open the door. I’m hoping to get use to it but might have made another choice had I known.

Fridge is nice, easy to switch direction of doors as well.

Didn’t work out of the box. It never got cold even after sitting for a whole day waiting for the gas to settle

I returned it because the delivery guys wouldn't even try to take out the old refrigerator and install the new one.

I bought this new fridge and it came bent right in middle

Not a good refrigerator. Water leaking fuel to too much condensation.

Beware-this doors on this refrigerator cannot be switched due to the shape of the center hinge. The Samsung repair guy tried and put it back to the original position after determining the door gaskets would not seal. He also notified Samsung. Makes for awkward functionality in my kitchen. Too late to return when installed as it was purchased several months before installation.

After faithfully serving me for 28 years, my weary Hotpoint refrigerator finally started to leak. Seizing the opportunity during Best Buy's sales, I opted for this perfectly sized Samsung as its replacement. I’ve had it for a month now, and I must say, I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase. Both the fridge and freezer compartments consistently maintain the right temperatures, it’s resistant to fingerprints, and looks beautiful. I also want to extend kudos to Best Buy's delivery team. The dispatcher and delivery personnel, particularly Oscar, delivered exceptional service by keeping me well-informed about the scheduled arrival times.

Considering my Hotpoint refrigerator lasted 28 years before it began to leak, I really haven't had this Samsung that long to give an authentic review. This Samsung appliance was on sale and checked all my boxes,..size, look, brand and so far is meeting all my expectations. Additionally, Best Buy service, delivery and removal of the old fridge was exceptional.

This Frig replaced a frig less than 2 yr old, another brand that could not hold the food at 37 degrees. I Love, love this new Samsung! It is sturdy, feels well build and keeps food in Frig and Freezer great!!! I love the light in both sections tot

This fridge was a great upgrade from our previous one. Surprisingly, even though this fridge is slightly smaller than our last one, it feels much more spacey. The freezer on this works really well, too!

Fits perfectly in the only space in my kitchen I have for a refrigerator. Good size for my needs. Initially realized the door was on the opposite side I'm used to and was going to have it changed but i'm getting used to it.
