Samsung refrigerator is going strong a year later. It's roomier than what you would expect from such a slim model. Runs quiet, even in 105 degree heat. Uses less electricity than its 17 year-old predecessor. What's not to like?

Mostly does the job of cooling and freezing. Icicles form in the freezer (while the ice maker is turned off) and drop down the back of the fridge and into the fan. Makes loud clicking noises, and fridge/freezer doesn’t work until the fan is cleared of the icicles. Unsure why icicles form , and why there are holes in the back of the freezer for them to fall into the internal fan.

Perfect size for my kitchen, roomy , quiet and Great price.

I love the look of the refrigerator. So far everything is good. Much better than the bottom freezer fridge I used to have. Only issues is I am used to fridge/ freezer with more capacity. The food in the freezer would slide out whenever you opened it and it would take forever to close because everything keeps falling out.It is teaching me to spend less. (I am getting used to it). The redoor for the refrigerator you have to check to make sure it closed or swing it shut very hard.

I purchased this when moving into a new office space. Due to the size, shape, and way the door opens, it perfectly fits in a small corner area that was not being used. Works great for what it is, and nobissues or complaints thus far.

Consumers Reports picked this as the best one on its category. I think they were right. The stainless looks better that the Whirlpool and the design is more attractive. Hopefully it turns out to be reliable

Really nice refrigerator! The prefect size to replace my old unit. The refrigerator is super quite and I haven’t heard the compressor start or stop yet. Happy I decided to upgrade to Samsung. The delivery team was excellent, just wish I would of made the arrangement to have to doors reverse before delivery. But I have a follow-on appointment scheduled for next week so no worries.

Great fit for my kitchen. I love that the handles are not sticking out front, but are built into the side of the doors. My kitchen isn’t big so any space I can save is great. It’s very bright inside so you can see everything. Great shelving on both doors, a lot more room than I anticipated. The shelves inside the fridge are adjustable to your needs. The stainless steel finish is beautiful. Very easy to keep organized and clean.

We had a tall but thin space for our refrigerator, this one definitely fit the bill. I prefer and trust the Samsung brand and am very happy with our purchase of this fridge after our old one bit the dust. It has a lot of spaceand the fact thay the door is able to switch sides was perfect.

When I went to Best Buy it was to purchase the Samsung 15.6 cu.ft. Refrigerator. I was greatly helped by a knowledgeable and friendly agent. The delivery went very well. The two delivery men changed the doors to open from the right side and carefully installed it after taking out the old refrigerator. The door way from the dinning room was a close fit and the two men did a careful job of taking out the old and bringing in the new refrigerator. So far the refrigerator has been working wonderfully. I have two thermometers, one in the refrigerator and one in the freezer. I am amazed at how quite the refrigerator is compared to my old one. I can barely here it. I'm very pleased with it.

I bought this fridge because I returned a Viannsa frigerator that lasted less than a year. My major complaint was the process of the fridge under warranty that leaked water. A contacted the repair team and booked an appointment to have a service tech.come out. Two days later they cancelled the appointment realizing it was not worth repairing. This is where the fun begins. I contacted Best Buy and they said I had to return the fridge to the store. Fortunately the fridge was a 24inch and wasn't too heavy but I needed to get my neighbor to help me stuff it in my SUV. When I got to the store one of the geeks didn't accept my story so they made me call the manufacturer and I explained my story and the non functioning refrigerator and she agreed the fridge was beyond repair and a refund was due. Unfortunately the stubborn geek said Best Buy would attempt to fix it and they would take it to their service center to attempt to repair it. And they said it would be at least two weeks. Major inconvenience not having a fridge for two weeks but they didn't really care. I advised them you are wasting my time and yours because the fridge is unrepairable. Turns out approximately 12 days later they advised me the fridge was beyond repair and I was due a refund. I guess I'm fortunate to get my money back but I will never shop at Best Buy again. Total waste of time to salvage something unrepairable. But the fridge I did buy is working so far so good but If this breaks down I will just trash it and go somewhere else. I'm not dealing with the geeks again
