Place an order on 11/17. Estimated delivery was 12/7 but rescheduled to 12/26. Today Best Buy asked me to reschedule it after 2/8/2024. If you don’t have stock, you should not sell. I don’t understand how this could happen. Best Buy and Samsung are not a small online store.

Excellent Freezer, Poor Refrigerator!

We bought this refrigerator less than 6 months ago and are already having problems with it. No matter what temperature setting we put it on, it freezes everything. We tried to get some assistance from Samsung customer service but whenever we contact them, they tell us that someone will be in contact by the end of the week to make an appointment to come out and see the refrigerator and replace or repair it. No one ever calls back. no one ever comes to help. I do not recommend this product only because the customer support is not there.
