We absolutely love this fridge. It’s very spacious & quiet. It also blends perfectly with our cabinets & looks classy without any extra handles. We thought it might bother us not having handles, but we love it!!

I love this Samsung refrigerator/freezer, which I bought when my old refrigerator suddenly died. Sleek-looking, the French door style fits well in my narrow kitchen. It holds a surprising amount of food. The installation crew did an awe-inspiring job.

I just received this refrigerator a week ago, has great features! Cools well and is very quiet. Haven’t gotten my ice maker to work yet. Only con is that I wish the shelves were more customizable. For example, you can not fit a lactaid milk 96oz in the top, middle, or bottom shelves. It must be stored on the shelves on the doors. My water jar doesn’t fit upright either, so their is limited space for larger bottles.

Very straight and clean lines. It cooled down in about 24 hours. I wish it was another cubic foot bigger. The produce drawers are small and do not roll out smoothly - not sure if it’s a poor fit or bad design. The freezer only has one light on the left. Why aren’t there 2 lights? It seems dark. Maybe I am missing a light?

Excellent refrigerator. Perfect size for a small area, quiet and attractive. I like the fact that it doesn’t have handles on the front. It makes it fit nicely in a tiny kitchen.

Our very first refrigerator was a Samsung, so it made sense for us to go with the same brand. But what sets this one apart from our last one (Which died after living (4) additional years beyond its life expectancy), was the fact that it has a sliding freezer door, & french doors, compared to our last one which had a swing door; with "more" space than this one, but yet this model is a "true upgrade" in every sense of the word. I think the best phrase to describe this model is it "just fits".

This refrigerator is beautiful! It fits perfectly in our space and has way more room than I expected!

Very happy with my new refrigerator. Delivery was right on time. The men were very knowledgeable and patient. I love the look of the fridge. Fits perfectly in my space. It’s not as big as my previous fridge but still spacious up top. Not sure I’m a fan of the freezer on the bottom- doesn’t seem as roomy. Temps stay consistent. So far so good!

We love the new fridge. The fact that you open the doors and everything is right in front of you. No bending to look for things. The shelves can be adjusted to some degree. It looks great in the kitchen and just about fits where our old fridge was. Just a slight adjustment to the counter and cabinet over the fridge. The doors have plenty of space for large items and the shelves are adjustable. The freezer compartment isn't as spacy, but works for us. We also have a upright freezer. Easy to keep clean.

The Samsung 17.5 counter depth refrigerator is perfect for our kitchen. The smaller footprint and no handles frees up 11 inches of space. The ice maker produces adequate ice for our needs. No water dispenser was mitigated by installing a reverse osmosis system at the sink. A little reorganization in the fridge & freezer makes up for the reduction in cubic feet capacity. I highly recommend this unit if space is a challenge & you desire true counter depth specifications. Very happy with the purchase & install.

This refrigerator is amazing! I live in a condo where the counters would prevent the doors of a traditional fridge wouldn't open, but with the French doors and counter depth, that is no problem. Plenty of room for food for a family of 3.

We absolutely love our new Samsung 17.5 CU refrigerator. The concept of not having handles to open the doors is really cool, they open from the top or bottom to a spacious and well organized storage space.

My mom loves this fridge! She was searching around for a year or more looking to get a French door fridge that would be able to fit in her home. So after a while, finally got lucky that Samsung made one that would fit just right. We were nervous when they arrived and thought it would be a to tight of a fit, but delivery did a flawless job and fits perfectly. Got it for her as a gift and below are some of her thoughts. Pros - Ease of access - Notices that it really helps maintain the freshness of produce vs her older fridge. - Easy to adjust storage and shelves - Spacious and keeps everything cool - Recommends this Samsung French door option for those with small door spaces into home or kitchen. Cons - None (Unable to use ice maker due to its location in kitchen.)

I wanted a counter depth fridge that would fit in a smaller space. This was the only one I could find locally in stock and under $1,500. It works as it should. In hindsight, I would have waited for a model with handles to become available. It has a sleek look, but opening and closing the doors are a bit annoying.

Absolutely love it! Works and looks great! Lots of room and connects to wifi.

Installed 4 Months ago and I am happy with it. Has more than enough space for our 2 person house. Black Stainless looks great in my new kitchen.

Pros: sleek, simple appearance, relatively compact. Cons: terrible wheel design, no customization of shelving, can't remove ice maker to increase fridge space. Details: the wheel design is awful- a thin piece of protective rubber around a hard plastic roller. The rubber around two wheels have blown out so far (see photo), making it impossible to roll the refrigerator without risking damage to our floors. Definitely contacting Samsung for replacement wheels or a full refrigerator replacement.

I really love this fridge. It replaced one ice had for over 10 years. The only thing that keeps getting me is the no handles thing. I'm so used to my old fridge that had handles, lol. But it works for everyone. Short and tall. There's handles on the top and bottom of the refrigerator doors. Works great as well. Freezes fast. I recommend this item.

Perfect fit in my casita kitchen, and for a single guy living alone now.. Love the no handles to make more room to get by it in the kitchen.
