I purchased this refrigerator based on the good reviews site unseen, however I am highly disappointed. The external size of the unit is large, but the internal depth is quite small. Coming from an older model Samsung feeling like I took a big loss when it comes to internal capacity. My old refrigerator was the exact size externally, however could hold much more food internally. The two stars were given for the pretty color.

Shelf placement is not designed well. Only one can be moved about two inches up or down. Shelves in doors ok. Just not enough room for milk and big 2 liters of soda upright.

Too Loud

I reviewed the manual and contacted the Sansung company, this didn’t help. I am not satisfied with the loudness and different sounds that comes from this product.

Samsung poor design

It has really helped make my kitchen look more modern, and has more spaces to add my sons artwork! The temperature controls are super easy, and the refrigerator got cool in a matter of minutes. It has so much space on the shelves! What once used to look like a crowded mess, now you can easily find what you’re looking for. Very easy to control and monitor the temperature. My produce seems to stay fresher for longer, and also the drawers for veggies/cheese are a decent size, and holds more than my previous fridge. The freezer has a two tier set up, giving tons of space! It offers you many ways to organize your frozen items to make it easier to find what you’re looking for. I hope I have this fridge for many years, I love it!
