    Keeps things cool and frozen but makes too much ice so when you open the door ice spills out.

    Was a pretty good price we weren’t sure on how the no handle thing would look or be considering I’m pretty tall and the handle is a little low. If your 6ft plus it might be annoying lol but other than that great fridge

    I bought a Samsung Refrigerator and am very pleased with it. We had a professional in stall it in our motor home with no problems. Been a long time since we had really frozen ice cream, this one really does the job!

    So far so good. If i dont write a review right away i will forget about it. Fridge doesnt have an onboard water filter if that means a lot to you, but we have a whole-home sediment filter and water aoftener. Simple but

    Installation was easy. Had a little trouble getting the ice maker to work but after I figured out how to reset it, it worked well. It is a little loud when the ice tray fills with water but that is my only complaint.

    When I got the refrigerator delivered it was banged up pretty bad. I was able to get a couple hundred off the original price but I wasn't loving the interaction I received. The refrigerator itself is made more than likey by a man. It doesn't have convince and I wouldn't buy it again.

    I purchased this refrigerator on June 5. Less than 2 months later, the freezer randomly stopped working. The app said the freezer was at 0 degrees, and that everything was fine. Meanwhile, everything in the freezer melted and had to be thrown away. I contacted Samsung for a warranty repair, They told me this was totally normal, and that I should unplug the fridge for 5 minutes and plug it back in again. This, indeed, caused the freezer to start freezing again. However, they refused to pay for my lost food and I do not trust that this will not happen again, so I am afraid to put anything in the freezer other than ice.

    Samsung 17.5 fridge-good and bad

    While we generally are pleased with the refrigerator, it has pros and cons. Pros: It’s the perfect size for our kitchen. It doesn’t protrude into the space, and it has a nice sleek design. The finish is great. No fingerprints and easy to clean. It’s really quiet too, which pleases my husband very much. Generally, the refrigerator is nicely laid out. There is good storage room on the doors. I like the temperature controls. Very easy to use. Cons: Access is a bit odd in some respects. When you open just the right door, you can’t get the right side vegetable bin open. The freezer access is difficult. The drawers don’t open all the way. And there doesn’t seem to be a lot of space in the freezer. Also, the doors don’t close like a regular refrigerator. You have to push on them to close them. One other thing: because it’s French Door design, you have to think before you open the fridge, meaning which door to open. But for us, that’s just a matter of getting used to a new design.

    An excellent product and the smart home integration works well. The unit will even send an alert when the kids forget to close the doors which is great and gets used quite often
