Not sure if this is a widespread issue but ours had a bent arm on the freezer which caused the cooling unit to run constantly and never get to the correct temp. Also, the ice maker never worked. Both items are covered under warranty but still a hassle since the thing was brand new.

Tech came out 2 days later to check it and told me that the compressor was dead and something about the mother board. They could not do anything because the fridge is so new parts are not even available. I am exchanging it and will never buy a samsung again.
