It literally randomly defrosts everything in the freezer but says it’s still at a normal temperature . So meat goes bad, popsicles melt and end up all over the floor!!!! ice cream/ food gets freezer burnt. It’s NOT HEALTHY, and it’s NOT SAFE. I always heard Samsung appliances were garbage. Now I got to find out for myself. I wish we never settled for this fridge. Also, the stainless steel is not worth the look.. fingerprints all over every single day that you have to use a special cleaner to keep it looking decent. I have toddlers so that’s basically impossible. I AM SO ANGRY ABOUT IT WASTING MY FOOD ATLEAST ONCE A WEEK. I lost SO MUCH BREASTMILK. I just fully weaned and now the breastmilk is GARBAGE. Thank you for making my life 1 million times more complicated.

We bought the floor model with a couple of scratches on it and got a great discount on it. The only downfall is the freezer space is a little small but overall still a good purchase for my family. It does not have a water dispenser but does have an ice maker.

It is smaller - though being a 2 person family or even 3 person family it works perfect! Love it!

Surprisingly it is set up nice and easily holds everything and most important keeps everything easily accessible .

It maintains the temperature with accuracy and the veggies are keeping fresh much longer than before! Cleaning is a snap because it is counter depth and is very easy to reach. No negatives at all!!
