I can not open just 1 door to pull the drawer out. Both doors have to be open to be able to pull the lower right 1 out to put things in or take out. Unfortunately due to the design of my doorways, I had a very limited choice with what I was able to purchase. But I do like it.

Never seemed to knock on the door and I dont have a fridge and all my food is spoiling. The installers here said the fridge was on its way so not to worry they are coming today. I called and they are not coming until this weekend.

Not happy after spending all this money..

It randomly stops working and what's frustrating about it the display that show the temperature is incorrect.. I call Samsung and was told to unplug for 5 minutes to reset the fridge, once I plug it back in the display show 63 for the fridge and 41 for the freezer.. (I set it at 36 and -1).. So far I lost $75 on food in 1 week...

Best Buy came out and replaced the bottom drawer. They offered to replace the whole fridge but I only cared about not having the scratches. Overall, very happy with the product.
