This samsung fridge is a great deal. Was looking for a 33 inch fridge for a while. Bestbuy had it in stock. Im happy with my purchase.

Came back a 2nd time after having to cut the counter top. Very knowledgeable and professional!

Replaced a GE frig. Online reviews kept pointing to this model as superior to the GE model I was looking at. Ended up about $900 cheaper. I passed on a model with indoor water. Decided it was not an item we really needed. Setup by Best Buy guys went smooth. Really spacious interior. Have not had any problems with operation. Too early to tell about performance , but I think we made the right choice. Counter depth was important and it looks good in the kitchen.

The fridge itself has been great so far, we had some small issues with it right out of the gate but Best Buy was amazing the entire way from the customer service to the repair men that came to the house. I will only buy from Best Buy going forward for large appliances this is how the experience used to be when companies took care of the customer. Highly recommend if you are in the fence or not sure where to purchase large expensive products from, Best Buy has been amazing every time we buy something. They make it easy and stand behind what they sell!

Do not buy this refrigerator!! I purchased this refrigerator/freezer in 2021 specially because it had 2 separate cooling systems. I also purchased the extended Geek Squad warranty. Saturday 2/24 I came home to both the refrigerator and freezer section warm and all my food ruined. On 3/1 a Geek Squad tech came out for maybe 10 mins, said he could not fix it and said someone should call me to set up an appointment with a 3rd party to fix it. Instead I received an email about an appointment made for me on a day I was working. In 3/5 I called and rescheduled the appointment for today. I received a text from Best Buy confirming the appointment. This morning after receiving a new text from Best Buy saying I have an appointment tomorrow I called and after an hour of being shuffled around and hung up on the result is I have no appointment in spite of the confirmation text from Best Buy. They can not make me a new appointment because the hold time is 35 mins and they can not wait that long. So with already not having refrigeration for almost 2 weeks there is no end in sight and Best Buy could apparently not care less.

I love this fridge! I found myself without a fridge somewhat suddenly and I was scrambling to find something that wouldn't take months to get. I didn't have a lot of options that would fit in my apartment, but this one seemed like an okay option. Reader, it has been an AMAZING option. It's very spacious, but has enough drawers and shelves to make it easy to organize. It's easy to program the thermostat for both the fridge and freezer. I set up the app, but it doesn't do a whole lot other than letting me see the current temperature and sending me alerts when the door has been open for too long (it also chimes in person when that happens). But you can set up reminders about replenishing the food in your fridge/freezer in the app every x number of days too which some people might find helpful. I can only think of two cons: 1) it's weird to not have handles on the fridge. I'm getting used to it and it's fine, but it's weird to have to pull from the top or bottom of the french doors. 2) fitting stuff into the freezer is still a work in progress for us. The big drawer is a little awkwardly shaped for some items and the smaller drawer isn't always big enough for all of the flat things like frozen pizza we want to store there. We make it work, but there is a lot of shuffling around of things. We don't use the water line, so I can't comment on the ice maker. We do put our ice cubes in there, but we have to fill them up at the sink.

The double refrigerator doors makes for easy storage! It is smaller than our previous one which was a side by side. The double doors makes it seem bigger! We love it!

What’s there not to like, the price point for this fridge is well worth it. Took a couple of weeks to look for a good fridge until I stumbled upon this one. Glad I did! Fits all my needs.

We had to put this in a smaller spot and I was originally worried I wouldn’t have enough real estate inside the fridge. Surprisingly it is set up nice and easily holds everything and most important keeps everything easily accessible .

Love my new fridge, expected something totally different. But when I seen it in person it’s what I was looking for.

We were happy with our service and product. It was what we were looking for and needed at the time.

The missus cannot be happier with this refrigerator. It is smartly designed to fit in the same space as our previous 2-door unit (freezer top, refri bottom), but it can fit at least 1/3 more groceries, etc. And the freezer is amazing. We like the temperature controls and the alarm when left open for too long. And the delivery guys were amazing, very respectful and handled everything with utmost precision and care. The only cons are lack of door handles (still, it's fine) and that the location of the ice maker erodes freezer space on the upper left freezer tray a bit. Overall we are quite satisfied with this purchase.

The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because of how unbelievably filthy the inside was. It was an open box item with a 50% off price tag, just a few small dings on the front how could I resist, until I opened the freezer and what must’ve been rotted chicken juice slapped me in the face. I asked the employee if they would clean this before delivery and he told me no, laughed, and said, it’s already 50% off! The refrigerator part was pretty dirty as well but at least it didn’t smell like death. The refrigerator is working and all cleaned up now!

The interior layout takes getting used to. Could have a space for butter. Like having no handles sticking out. Wish a plain white would have been available. Not a fan of SS.

Love it! Had to get use to no handles but once I did, it’s been no problem. Ice maker is fantastic! Refills super fast. Perfect size for our needs.
