Great fridge that fits in a smaller kitchen with the same classy look. I recommend this fridge if you are looking for a nice name-brand fridge without a lot of room

The counter depth fit perfectly in the smaller kitchen. I replaced a larger refrigerator that just looked too big and this one is sleek without any handles and fits the size of the kitchen much better.

As an RV Service Center, we upgrade lots of old refrigerators to newer residential options. This one has a sleek design, fits most spaces and has everything someone would need.

Sleek design. Easy access to all areas of the fridge. Plenty of shelf area. We have a seperate frezer, so the smaller freezer drawer is not an issue. Works as it should. Never going back to a top freezer or side by side refrigerator.

Nice refrigerator, clean lines and design. Stays a constant temperature inside. Internal ice tray is nice, I prefer it over a dispenser as those break. No problems with this unit at all. Freezer space is on the more limited side but fridge capacity is really high.

Initial impression: secondary unit placement in garage for additional storage capacity. Compact, functional and sufficient cooling (+ freezer). Storage bins are useful with various configurations. Satisfied with purchase and hopefully trouble free for many years. I recommend this product.

I love my new fridge, it’s sleek and fits my space perfectly. I love the Led lighting and the space. I also love the reminder if any door is left open for too long. The only thing that has given me a concern and a little bit of frustration is the loud noise it makes when it’s filling up with water to prepare the ice.

It is a nice fridge-freezer combo. I like being able to move the door bins to different heights/locations. I wish the shelves in the main area had more flexibility - there are few options for adjusting the height of each area and the shelf soans the entire length of the inside, so there's no possibility of having staggered heights. The freezer is a decent depth and functions well.

Great little refrigerator for what it is! Wish it had a water dispenser in the door, and more adjustability in the shelving. Fridge & freezer both keep their temperatures, and the design of the doors is sleek and i like the dark stainless finish. Ice maker works really good, almost too good. haha. produces so much ice that every couple months i have to dump the whole tray and have it start fresh cause it will all freeze together

I bought the Smart Counter Depth 3-Door French Door Refrigerator RF18A5101SR/AA to replace a 23 year old fridge. Just the fingerprint resistant Stainless Steel look was a huge change! The look is so sleek and modern. I love the SmartThings app and how it helps me monitor the fridge. It alerts me on my phone when doors are open too long. I’m getting used to the pull out bottom drawer freezer. I like the features of this fridge and would recommend it.

The fridge looks nice. I like that there are no handles so that it’s more in line with the cabinets. The shelf are a little flimsy I would be worried about putting a heavy pot on the same shelf as anything else. The fridge arrived with both pull out drawers damaged. Best Buy was excellent about having a tech come out to take a look and quickly sent replacements. They were still usable in the mean time. The freezer is spacious.

Our Samsung French Door Refrigerator, was a good buy for us. When it was install there was no manual book to show us how to set the temperature, so we had to call the support tech to help us set the temperature. But all in all this refrigerator has perform very good, it stays really cold,and the freezer keeps everything frozen so far we have not had any problems. The only thing is the refrigerator should come with understanding manual.

It's hard to find many models with these dimensions. I wish I didn't buy this specific Samsung model. This refrigerator happens to be super noisy (much more louder than the GE refrigerator that I've replaced). There is a whole 2-page chapter in the manual about the fridge noise with pictures, basically telling customers that the fridge noise is a known and thoroughly documented feature and that requesting a noise-related service would cost you money. Besides, its surface gets covered with fingerprint easily (like it happens with any other mirror-polished surfaces). Everything else is nice in this refrigerator. I like its generous space and WiFi connectivity. Delivery and installation was flawless.

I checked the specs to make sure it fit in my space and thought it would be good but the downside was that I feel like it doesnt have a lot of space to it or at least not enough for us. When we have parties and we need to put away a lot of food, I feel like it'll be difficult with this fridge. I wanted to replace it within warranty but the issue was that I had used my best buy credit card so I wanted to use the returned funds to buy one to replace it but it wouldve taken longer so I decided to keep it. Maybe in the future Ill buy a deeper one after selling this one but for now Im okay with it. Its really lovely honestly. Its way nicer than the one we used to have. We have 2 brita filter jugs but I think its okay to not have them inside for cold water when we can just put ice instead to make space. Either way, I like how you can connect your phone to it to control the ice maker. Also love how it beeps when the doors are open and notifies my phone because my grandma tends to leave the doors open. Its true about the fingerprints that my fridge isnt covered in them so I really like that. In the future if I ever do wanna change my fridge ill for sure buy the same brand but just deeper. Also note that the ice maker is so loud when it fills with water to make ice. Maybe its because i never had an ice maker so i have no idea if other fridges do that but the manual does say that it makes noises. Its not annoying to me though.
