It randomly stops working and what's frustrating about it the display that show the temperature is incorrect.. I call Samsung and was told to unplug for 5 minutes to reset the fridge, once I plug it back in the display show 63 for the fridge and 41 for the freezer.. (I set it at 36 and -1).. So far I lost $75 on food in 1 week...

Perfect size for a small area, quiet and attractive. I like the fact that it doesn’t have handles on the front. It makes it fit nicely in a tiny kitchen.

The concept of not having handles to open the doors is really cool, they open from the top or bottom to a spacious and well organized storage space.

Best Buy came out and replaced the bottom drawer. They offered to replace the whole fridge but I only cared about not having the scratches. Overall, very happy with the product.

Tons of storage once you get used to putting milk on the side shelves. Freezer is huge and hold 2-3 times what our standard one prior would hold...

Doesn’t stick out & isn’t so wide I have to squeeze it Agatha walls. No handles to break & it makes my little narrow kitchen feel a little bit bigger. The smart feature that lets me check the status & diagnose any problems via an app is so cool too!!

Cons: terrible wheel design, no customization of shelving, can't remove ice maker to increase fridge space. Details: the wheel design is awful- a thin piece of protective rubber around a hard plastic roller. The rubber around two wheels have blown out so far (see photo), making it impossible to roll the refrigerator without risking damage to our floors. Definitely contacting Samsung for replacement wheels or a full refrigerator replacement.

Please know that we value your feedback, and we will continue working on improving the quality of the products we offer.
To protect the floor, put a large piece of cardboard along the path to the refrigerator's final installation location. Once the fridge is in its final position, do not move it unless necessary to protect the floor; if you have to move the refrigerator, place thick paper or cloth such as old carpets along the path of movement.
You may also refer to the user manual about the "Flooring" on page 19.
