What’s there not to like, the price point for this fridge is well worth it. Took a couple of weeks to look for a good fridge until I stumbled upon this one. Glad I did! Fits all my needs.

I love this fridge! I found myself without a fridge somewhat suddenly and I was scrambling to find something that wouldn't take months to get. I didn't have a lot of options that would fit in my apartment, but this one seemed like an okay option. Reader, it has been an AMAZING option. It's very spacious, but has enough drawers and shelves to make it easy to organize. It's easy to program the thermostat for both the fridge and freezer. I set up the app, but it doesn't do a whole lot other than letting me see the current temperature and sending me alerts when the door has been open for too long (it also chimes in person when that happens). But you can set up reminders about replenishing the food in your fridge/freezer in the app every x number of days too which some people might find helpful. I can only think of two cons: 1) it's weird to not have handles on the fridge. I'm getting used to it and it's fine, but it's weird to have to pull from the top or bottom of the french doors. 2) fitting stuff into the freezer is still a work in progress for us. The big drawer is a little awkwardly shaped for some items and the smaller drawer isn't always big enough for all of the flat things like frozen pizza we want to store there. We make it work, but there is a lot of shuffling around of things. We don't use the water line, so I can't comment on the ice maker. We do put our ice cubes in there, but we have to fill them up at the sink.

Sleek design. Easy access to all areas of the fridge. Plenty of shelf area. We have a seperate frezer, so the smaller freezer drawer is not an issue. Works as it should. Never going back to a top freezer or side by side refrigerator.

The missus cannot be happier with this refrigerator. It is smartly designed to fit in the same space as our previous 2-door unit (freezer top, refri bottom), but it can fit at least 1/3 more groceries, etc. And the freezer is amazing. We like the temperature controls and the alarm when left open for too long. And the delivery guys were amazing, very respectful and handled everything with utmost precision and care. The only cons are lack of door handles (still, it's fine) and that the location of the ice maker erodes freezer space on the upper left freezer tray a bit. Overall we are quite satisfied with this purchase.

This was perfect for me! Small household with a small kitchen. It's so clean and sleek. Really easy to use and not too many bells or whistles.

I love my new fridge, it’s sleek and fits my space perfectly. I love the Led lighting and the space. I also love the reminder if any door is left open for too long. The only thing that has given me a concern and a little bit of frustration is the loud noise it makes when it’s filling up with water to prepare the ice.

The fridge looks nice. I like that there are no handles so that it’s more in line with the cabinets. The shelf are a little flimsy I would be worried about putting a heavy pot on the same shelf as anything else. The fridge arrived with both pull out drawers damaged. Best Buy was excellent about having a tech come out to take a look and quickly sent replacements. They were still usable in the mean time. The freezer is spacious.

I love this refrigerator. The size is perfect for my small space and it keeps my food cold.

I checked the specs to make sure it fit in my space and thought it would be good but the downside was that I feel like it doesnt have a lot of space to it or at least not enough for us. When we have parties and we need to put away a lot of food, I feel like it'll be difficult with this fridge. I wanted to replace it within warranty but the issue was that I had used my best buy credit card so I wanted to use the returned funds to buy one to replace it but it wouldve taken longer so I decided to keep it. Maybe in the future Ill buy a deeper one after selling this one but for now Im okay with it. Its really lovely honestly. Its way nicer than the one we used to have. We have 2 brita filter jugs but I think its okay to not have them inside for cold water when we can just put ice instead to make space. Either way, I like how you can connect your phone to it to control the ice maker. Also love how it beeps when the doors are open and notifies my phone because my grandma tends to leave the doors open. Its true about the fingerprints that my fridge isnt covered in them so I really like that. In the future if I ever do wanna change my fridge ill for sure buy the same brand but just deeper. Also note that the ice maker is so loud when it fills with water to make ice. Maybe its because i never had an ice maker so i have no idea if other fridges do that but the manual does say that it makes noises. Its not annoying to me though.

Sleek, spacious, fits nicely in any space. If you don’t need a lot of ice making, you can turn it off. Satisfied with my purchase.

I have had this refrigerator for a few weeks now and it was a change up from having a top freezer. So far bi like the fact that it has a bit less space than my old fridge but it feels like I have more room for everything ( it sound contradictory but it's not lol) We have fewer people in our household, and tend to eat differently than we did when we had small children and teens in the house, so having all the fresh items up top makes things easier for me. I also don't have to bend down to the floor to see what's on the bottom shelf, where the lettuce always seemed to end up and usually forgotten about. The freezer holds about the same, and takes some getting used to, but it's becoming handy to keep the longer term items at the bottom of the drawer and our quick grab stuff in the top ( ice, popsicles etc). It fits in the space I have and doesn't have regular handles on the front to run into. I also like the no fingerprint yet metal look, and it's still magnetic...lol ... because we still stuck a bunch of stuff on the fridge :)

I bought the Smart Counter Depth 3-Door French Door Refrigerator RF18A5101SR/AA to replace a 23 year old fridge. Just the fingerprint resistant Stainless Steel look was a huge change! The look is so sleek and modern. I love the SmartThings app and how it helps me monitor the fridge. It alerts me on my phone when doors are open too long. I’m getting used to the pull out bottom drawer freezer. I like the features of this fridge and would recommend it.

It's hard to find many models with these dimensions. I wish I didn't buy this specific Samsung model. This refrigerator happens to be super noisy (much more louder than the GE refrigerator that I've replaced). There is a whole 2-page chapter in the manual about the fridge noise with pictures, basically telling customers that the fridge noise is a known and thoroughly documented feature and that requesting a noise-related service would cost you money. Besides, its surface gets covered with fingerprint easily (like it happens with any other mirror-polished surfaces). Everything else is nice in this refrigerator. I like its generous space and WiFi connectivity. Delivery and installation was flawless.

Its design and store capacity are good. It's good for small spaces.

The fridge is pretty fantastic altogether. My only issue is the ice maker, ig takes forever to make ice, and if its full opening and closing the freezer makes ice spill into all the other compartments

Great fridge. Sleek, big and bright. Quiet and nicely organized. My only suggestion is could use to add a deli/cheese drawer. Overall very nice, affordable purchase.

Counter depth excellent choice for me, attractive with the stainless steel finish and recessed handles now matches all my other appliances, storage space meets my needs with ample space left.

Great choice if you need a fridge that will fit in a smaller space. It fit through my 31" doorway and into the small space where the previous fridge had been. It does it's job extremely well, the fridge part stays evenly cool with no extreme cold spots. My only complaint is that the shelves of the fridge are not adjustable. I guess you can see that in the photos, but this means that if you have a large stock pot or anything taller than 9.5 inches it won't fit unless you remove an entire shelf. The photos show a whole cake on a cake stand in the fridge, but that is not to scale because that wouldn't actually fit under the shelf. Otherwise, it's a lovely fridge.

Runs quiet cools down fast and plenty of space. Reccomend

I like this product because it is space-saving and having the freezer on the bottom makes it so much easier. I like that it has interior LED lighting and that it can cooperate with my local energy provider to save energy as we are on one of their smart energy plans. I would say the downside is that within a few months some of the plastic door trays for holding condiments and such are cracking and that the black stainless steel finish immediately chipped. We are careful with our appliances and yet the finish is not quite perfect and we've had a few dents as well. I love the look of it overall and the ease of use.
