I am really enjoying my product, best decision. Buy!!

it freezes my items in the refrigerator, noise & knocking not good

So far so good on this product, but Samsung has not taken care of me on a very defective washing machine, after promising me several times they would. When i bought this, Samsung had told me they would replace my washer,....They have NOT coming through and have had 2 service companies out several times. I will not buy another Samsung product after that experience.

It's a nice looking refrigerator and not a bad price. Our last one was a GE Hotpoint 35+ years old and it still worked fine, but the shelves were plastic and breaking and we figured it used a lot of electricity and there were no replacement parts made for this any longer. So, we determined for our 1938 house, with very small space for the fridge, this was the best choice. The problem we had at the beginning was that the tracks of the freezer kept icing up and would not open all the way without a struggle. I finally figured out the solution when I bought some ice cream and it was rock hard at -2 (the recommended temp), but at +8 it was perfect...and (bonus) the tracks no longer iced up!!! The fridge is set to 38 and seems fine. Also, it kept making sounds, but then we realized we had to turn off the ice maker (we don't have this connected - who's too lazy to make their own ice, and I hear they are nothing but problems). So that was our experience. I hope this helps you. I really like the fridge and we have had it about 2 months now.

Fridge arrived and looked great. After letting sit for a couple hours, plugged it in and followed the instruction manual for setup. Two days later and cans of cola were still room temperature. The digital read out showed the temperature dropping but it did not get cold (freezer too). Best Buy is shipping a replacement and that process was very easy. Waiting on the new fridge now and hope it works.

freezer handle came off after one month, geek squad fixed.

Fills with water in drawers and underneath. Called repair company...tried twice to fix...no luck. Definitely would never purchase another Samsung appliance.

I love this fridge but we have had issues with the drawers filling up with water. Samsung has been very helpful though and we're in process of getting it fixed.

I had a very bad experience with a Samsung TV. Their customer service dept drove me crazy before agreeing to replace the TV which would keep shutting itself off. So I decided to return the refrigerator and buy a different brand. That's too bad because the Samsung was exactly the size and had exactly the features we needed. Samsung needs to somehow improve the way it treats its customers.

We were recommended to try this model by Best Buy/Pacific Kitchen staff due to the space in our new finished basement bar. The unit fits the space perfectly between the front and back bars. The french doors open well and are short enough not to crowd the space between the unit and the rear of the front bar. The controls are simple to use and understand. The refrigerator works great but the freezer has a few minor issues. The freezer has a light film of frost on its internal surfaces all the time. The freezer sliding tray does not move in and out smooth. The stainless surface does show finger prints and is not as easy to clean off as other brands.

We didn't have a lot of choice for fridges, this was literally one of only two that would fit our space. It's a beautiful fridge, but yes, it's small. I wish one of the shelves was split so you could put taller items in the main compartment. The only place for a tall item is on the door. It's super quiet though, has a nice door ajar alarm and keeps everything really fresh. No rubbery produce or freezer burn. It works really well in our small kitchen.

We returned this frig. I had a horrible experience with Samsung support when a TV malfunctioned. After thinking about that I decided that I didn't want to risk another Samsung product. Their washing machine recall and the exploring phone made the decision easier.

Delivery men did not know how to put doors back on after removing them to deliver fridge. They used wrong screw on door.

This counter depth refrigerator is just the right size for my galley kitchen. My previous refrigerator stuck out 5 inches into my kitchen. Excellent bright lighting in the refrigerator and freezer. Convenient to be able to turn the ice maker off and on with just touching a button, instead of having to raise the arm up and down to start or stop ice making. Also like the fact that it has a alarm that beeps if the doors are left open too long. The door bins are not as heavy and possibly not as durable as my previous refrigerator, but I don't see that as any problem. It just makes the door a bit lighter in weight. Love the French door style with the freezer on the bottom.

I have only had my refrigerator for two weeks, but I am really satisfied with the overall look, size and convenience. My only negative is no shelf space for tall items in the refrigerator proper.

Purchased in December 2014. In Feb, one day the fridge was not cooling. Unplugged and plugged back in it started working. BUT.. the ice maker stopped working and the freezer was cold but ice cream was melting.. Called for service...They replaced the motherboard and the ice maker..Then things got worse...The fridge started making noises non-stop (fan or condenser; not sure which), and the freezer and fridge totally stopped working; Trying to schedule another repair; will see what happens. Hoping to get a replacement or refund; Wife is upset, can't buy anything that needs to be kept in the fridge; At this writing still without a working fridge

I have been extremely disappointed with this refrigerator. I would avoid purchasing for 3 reasons. First, the freezer has wildly uneven temperatures between the top and bottom shelves. The top shelf is far too cold even when on the warmest freezer temperature setting. Ice cream and other similar goods are frozen solid and it is very challenging to have to run warm water over them before consuming. The second problem is the ice maker. It is terrible. The ice collects at the back of the ice maker and every single time I open the freezer ice cubes get pushed back and fall into the abyss of the back of the freezer. I have had to remove the entire freezer door unit multiple times to clear the ice out. Ice Cubes also fall out the back of the freezer door and onto on my floor daily and I have puddles of melted ice on my floor. The third problem is the freezer door. It does not close easily and if you are not very careful it will remain slightly cracked, which causes the freezer to warm up too much, melting the ice cubes and my frozen foods. Once the door gets closed properly, those items freeze again causing one giant ice brick in the ice tray. I have wasted so much water emptying out and thawing my freezer trays to clean up the frozen mess. These issues are not only intermittent but every time I use the freezer. I have suspended my ice maker use and now purchase bagged ice. Best Buy, is there anything you can do to remedy this issue for me? I would love to return this freezer but am past my return date. :(
