I have three in my newly renovated 1910 built home. These look great and helped me push the rents up a bit over the competition.

Im very pleased with my purchase. I had a small area to put the refrigerator. Its the perfect fit.

The Black Stainless is good - No finger prints - HOWEVER the problem is the ice maker makes ice but won’t dump the tray unless you push the test button - could use some Tech help - Your site is not that easy to just ask a question -

Excellent Transaction, Great Product, Great Service

I want to know who is the designer for the fridge.! I just received this yesterday and I was so excited, after delivery guys left I start to organize and I noticed it was so dark inside. Then I start to look for a switch to put the light on( I was wrong) there is none. Only light you have the one right on top front of it. So dip inside is so dark more you filled up it gets more darker ! it’s not a fridge it’s like a cave you digging inside. And it’s not bright enough to show your food nice neat. It feels like you have a old broken fridge in your kitchen..!

Awesome refrigerator great fit but lights are not bright

Purchased for my outdoor kitchen and the front doors have rust looking spots on it and Samsung would not replace it

2017 Open box item came with some cracks on plastic shelving, minor small dents on front, and it sure is easy to make marks on the exterior. Why did I go for it? Me and my brother had been looking around on the floor for a fridge with a $500 budget. This fridge is white and not the stainless steel version. It does look pretty and had some new technology I had never explored for fridge now a days. Didn't need a touch screen fridge for sure. I can say that the simple block design, the layout, and twin cooling plus technology won me and my brother on this $390 deal :) Goal: Plan on keeping this for 10 + years. Good: * Swap-able left and right door hinges * Auto ice maker * Touch press control panel for fridge * FlexZone, versatile fridge compartment that converts freezer to fridge. * Humidity control for fruits and vegetables * Fridge LED light is bright * Door shelves is wide and not skinny * refrigerator top door shelf is swap-able * refrigerator top sliding fridge pantry * stands 5'6 and roomy enough for two people and can fit more than a few Costco size pizza box for leftovers * Stays cold enough but not icy frosty cold. * Fridge has been running for 1 month and no problems since purchased off Best Buy appliance floor onto a friend's truck, hand-truck self delivered, and installed after unwrapping the packaging. Bad: * Easily scratches on the front and side panels. * Door shelf is plastic and can break or crack if removed carelessly from previous owner * Does make some questionable noises I have no idea for besides the twin cooling plus technology. I can live with it as it still works. Other than that it hums during operation depending on setting.

The amount of headaches this fridge has caused is ridiculous. Most people close their fridge with little effort and attention. Cant do that with this stupid fridge. The seal is not strong, and if I had a quarter for every time we heard 'ding ding ding' from the garage because the fridge did not close all the way, I'd be rich. 1 year to date and the freezer seal is busted. Super disappointed with this thing.

This fridge looked beautiful in my kitchen,HOWEVER it is like a dungeon inside. There is a 5 inch long led light in the very front inside the fridge. The light doesn't reach to even the center let alone the back. It's dark inside so it doesn't make your food look very appealing. The configuration is very low.. Think "bending over". Delivery & customer service was a total nightmare! 3 tries to get it in my house. Once I got a vm from delivery saying they'd be there between 2-6 & they never showed up & never called. My food was out in coolers,etc. Bottom line- I returned it. Exterior looks are not good enough for an appliance you use all day, every day for 15 years.

We recently bought a home this past spring and we were limited in what size of fridge we could get through the doorways and into the kitchen. It couldn’t be any larger than 18 cubic foot, which doesn’t leave much space in the actual fridge portion after you account for the freezer. It took us weeks before we found this one, which has worked really well. The first thing that caught my eye with this refrigerator was the color. I absolutely love the dark stainless steal. It went perfect with my other appliances/kitchen decor and it was sort of different from the typical colors/style. The thing I love about it the most is that I can convert the top into a fridge and vice versa. My husband and I already had a deep freezer we kept all of our frozen food in so we had no need for a freezer with our fridge. We converted the top portion and use that entire section for our drinks, milk, big jugs, etc. That saves so much space in the bottom half of the refrigerator for actual food products. It couldn’t have worked out more perfect. The only complaint I have is that it does show fingerprints. It says it’s “finger print resistant” but I don’t think it really is. Since it has no handle, we are constantly touching the actual surface to open the door. Thankfully we don’t have children yet, so the finger prints that we do get are mostly on the side of the doors where we grab it to open. And the finger prints do wipe up fairly easily. Overall the design, style and functionality work great for us. I would recommend this 9 out of 10 times.

We bought this to replace a 13 year old beige Amana. LED lights help visibility. Storage is enough for our 3 member family. It looks great and the stainless steel does a good job repelling finger prints. We like the versatility to use the freezer and convert it to fridge space. It runs quietly and keep beer nice and cold! My only complaints are the fridge door closes rather hard. Maybe it needs to be broken in? Also, we did not have the option to purchase without ice maker. Taking the ice maker out leaves exposed holes in roof with no way to close it up. There is a part that covers exposed holes/wires but difficult to order. My only reason for not giving it five stars. For what we need, the fridge offers good value. It was priced so well on Black Friday special we couldn’t pass it up. BB delivered professionally and were helpful in assisting ordering the part to cover removed ice maker.

This is a useful size, and has the added benefit of being switchable to a larger freezer if needed. The temps seem steady and the ice maker's working. Nice finish on a streamlined shape. It's only possible issue is the door, which opens just exactly wide enough to get the shelves out, and I'm told they are hard to reverse in direction if that's ever needed. Neither of those are an issue at the moment.
