Called bestbuy several times, saying that they will send someone out to get it fixed. When we finally got someone to come out, they said that they need to order the missing part and they will call us, which they never did. We buy so many refridgerators and other appliances from Bestbuy for our rental houses and never had a single problem! We were thinking of buying 3 more for our triplex since it looks very sleek, but that won't happen now

In fact, new fridges may be louder as they settle into place.
