I hope it holds up because the last fridge only lasted a little over three years. I'm so glad there is a warranty but it should be at least 5 years instead if three because that's when refridgerstors get bad after three years

Checked Samsung website and learned the model not available in my area till August 31, 2023 at earliest (this was mid July)....another appliance store said no Samsung till Oct 16...another appliance store said model in being discontinued....Best Buy said model being discontinued 2025...whom to believe? but delivery promised/revoked so I went elsewhere to buy a new fridge

This model comes "right hinged" from the factory. However, if necessary to locate the hinge plate to the left side, it will not line up correctly with the preset holes on the left side of the unit. There are no adjustments for this issue. Changing the hinge to the left will cause an uncorrectable misalignment of the door by as much as 1/4" thus causing it to seal improperly. This model has been available for several years and generally has good reviews - as long as it is used right hinged as it comes from the factory. Samsung is aware of this problem but has not resolved it.

It is as small as advertised, don't expect a 'family sized' space. The height of the shelves isn't the most convenient but the deli and veggie drawers are helpful. It took me a long while to get used to the noises this fridge makes - nothing like my old one.

I love the fact that there is a light in the freezer. The temperature appears to be consistent. I haven't used the ice maker and no intention of doing so I wish it were possible to remove it to gain more freezer room.
