My newly bought brand new Samsung fridge is not good. There is a weird/unsual sound on the machine when it is on. Very stressful to hear that sound for a brand new fridge. Looks good but performance i don't think so. I hope i can still replace my fridge.

Replaced another brand which was only 5 month old and quit working. luckily had the extended warranty from Best Buy. Best buy offered a replacement and by the recommendation from the store associates ended up buying the better brand name even though it cost $200 more but is worth it. works good in the garage.

When I was searching for a new fridge, I didn't really think about shopping at Best Buy. But, I'm glad I did! They had several options and the prices were competitive with other stores.

It's noisier than I anticipated, but otherwise it works like any refrigerator should

Very happy with this purchase from beginning to end! Service was great at the BB store in Lubbock. It took about a week to be delivered and set up. The delivery folks were quick and professional. Works great and would recommend to anyone!

I purchased the Samsung fridge for my upgraded small kitchen, The finish and quality of this fridge is excellent! This is the second model of the fridge that I have in another property I own, it’s been working perfect and I think it’s extremely well made and still looks new!

I am in love! I never realized what a great thing it would be to have a light inside the freezer but I will never go back. Works just as it should, keeps things cold. Looks great and performs exactly as it should.

I don’t Like the space,it’s to thighs and you can have fast acces to see all

It’s a bit smaller inside compared to the old one I had though the outer dimensions are relatively the same. Looks are really nice and and all. Functions well and all. Overall pretty good.

Product is okay. Service is terrible. The technical support is problematic.

I love this refrigerator. The Best Buy staff were very knowledgable of the different brand refrigerators. Their knowledge base made my decision easy. Espically since this was the first time purchasing a major appliance for my home.

Great refrigerator for small areas, the only thing I immediately found out was, if you want to put something taller like a tea pitcher, you have to arrange the shelfs in a way that makes one of them about a 1 1/2” tall.

I am very pleased with my purchase, it was the easily yet to follow through on, they did all the right things, from the set up to the refrigerator being delivered, just the best....the guys that delivered it were awesome and did everything, took the old one and got rid of the cardboard

The refrigerator is great! Keeps plenty cold. I like door dings when it's open too long. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the ice maker. We dont use it. When the power went out we had to install it again to keep the lights from flashing

Has actually done a great job with food safety and storage.

Purchased this product Nov. 2020. Freezer and fridge when up, Thers a one year warranty on this with samsing. Have home warranty plan but cannot fix because samsung has it sealed. Now i have to contact Samsung and pay a call fee labor and part cost. All my appliances is samsung. I might as well buy another fridge because all that will be the price of another one. Will not be looking for another Samsung product.

Very satisfied with this purchase. The whole process from start to end was all handled professional. Delivery and installation was fantastic. So happy, referred another customer. They take delivery soon. Hoping the results are the same.

The fridge is very nice and is working fine. It's the service that sucks. And customer service has not answered my questions and send a qualified service to repair and set up the fridge that I paid for.
