High 30's as low as it goes Geek squad delivery team were excellent! They came out to replace the defective fridge with a new one. They did a much better job than the delivery team on the first unit!!!!!!

Refrigerators generate heat during the process of making cold air. In order to cool this heat down, heat dissipation pipes are installed on both outer walls of the refrigerator, so when the product is operated, heat is generated on the side walls of the refrigerator.
In addition, to maintain the cool temperature inside the refrigerator, the heat generated when the compressor is operated periodically is dissipated to the front, and sides of the refrigerator, and therefore, this phenomenon is not a malfunction.

It is the ultimate fridge for someone about three feet tall having to squat to load or remove items. It will skin the top of your foot when you open the lower door as it swings about 2 inches off the floor. Items in the rear of fridge are not visible unless you remove about half the items on the shelf. It leaks and drips water through the upper light in bottom section then pools on the floor about once a week. The levelers are very cheap. If you try to open the doors after about a minute of closing them a vacuum prevents you from opening them for 2-3 minutes. We have had no troubles with televisions, washer/dryers. This is the last product I will ever buy from them.

a. Clean the door seal.
b. Increase the temperature to reduce the vacuum pressure

Not as roomy as I thought it would be.

The best refrigerator I have ever owned

I am happy to see that this same model is still being sold in 2025. When I bought it, I also paid for a 5-year Geek Squad protection plan. So far I haven’t had any issues with the refrigerator, but the extended warranty gives me some peace of mind. The 2 reasons I really like this refrigerator compared to most other models are (1) the size and (2) the FlexZone feature. The size is small enough that I can easily move it around without needing any help, but it’s still large enough to hold all of the groceries that a family of 4 needs. The FlexZone feature allows you to use the top section as either a freezer or a refrigerator. I have taken full advantage of this feature. The first year I had it, I used the top as a freezer. But later I bought a chest freezer, so I changed the top to a refrigerator in order to give me more storage room for regular groceries. This is the only refrigerator that I have ever seen with this feature, and it works great. I hope that this refrigerator will continue to work well after the 5-year warranty expires in October, but even if it fails after 5 years, it was still worth the purchase price considering how much use I have gotten out of it and especially the FlexZone feature. I would recommend this refrigerator to anyone who wants a quality refrigerator that looks great and doesn’t take up a lot of room.

(Perhaps 3 1/2 stars would be more accurate) The reason for 4 stars is that It appears bigger than expected and looks really sharp. The slider shelf is awesome, plenty of room on the door shelves too. The freezer is a bit small but adequate. It comes with the ice maker however unable to hook up since no plumbing for it, therefore, will keep for later. My thanks to excellent customer service from Sales, delivery and management for Geek Squad's prompt & courteous attention to my issues. Unfortunately, the door hinge was not switched prior to delivery, however all was promptly repaired and my special thanks to Andrew for his kind assistance. Unfortunately, now I've noticed loud, random popping and gurgling noises. The normal fridge noises are minimal and quiet. I'm so glad I purchased the repair contact and will contact them shortly to remedy this un-normal noise issues. I've noticed others have posted on rare noises as well. Hopefully their issues have been resolved by now. Best Buy has been amazing so far and I can only hope this problem will either be repaired or the fridge replaced. I DO recommend this product since there's more pro's than con's and I feel confident Best Buy will honor their word on "FIX IT OR REPLACE IT" Will let you know. .
