    The configuration of this fridge didn't quite work out like I had hoped. We literally had to bend over to see what was in it. Wasn't very roomy either because of the way it is designed.

    6-months in and the fridge has stopped cooling. The freezer works fine. Will have to call for service, should really not happen 6-months in.

    For some unknown reason the 1st refrigerator I received at my residence was quite damaged in the lower compressor section of the refrigerator. I of coarse did NOT accept it. Now I am expected to wait more than a full month to receive a replacement model. How do I keep my food? This is the WORST TREATMENT I have EVER received and paid the normal price when I was under the expectation I was buying during a sale event. ROBBERS

    Purchasing at the store was a horrible experience. The fridge is not the greatest. Made wrong choice but too late to return. The ice maker doesn’t always work

    Refridgerator wont get cold and freezer wont freez

    With settings set to high, the refrigerator get liquids cool at best and the same with the freezer. Since I have a separate deep freezer I figured I could deal with the freezer and just use the whole unit as a refrigerator. Then sometimes it would freeze and then stop freezing and I have lost a ton of good food. I love their tv's but as far as appliances are concerned you might want to look elsewhere!!

    BestBuy is awesome- Samsung household appliances are NOT! I am currently going through the worst experience with this fridge (that is still under warranty). Appliances look great, but they are trash. Just ask a sales rep at BestBuy for their honest opinion on brands. There are plenty other brands to choose from at BestBuy. Also, Samsung Customer Support- horrible. Do yourself a favor and just don't.

    Delivered with a huge dent in the freezer. I wanted a new one and they were out of stock. Nothing available in the price range and Best Buy would not upgrade me to the next one available. I had them take it back and bought a different one from their competition.

    This is the worst purchasing experience of my life. Best Buy charged me extra to reverse the door, has shown up 5 times, once unannounced, and still can’t figure it out. Multiple CS reps said they would call back but haven’t. Will never buy from Best Buy again.

    I purchased a Samsung refrigerator on September 5th and I won't see it until November. I can't believe the length of time on this order. I really need a refrigerator and I liked this one, however, the wait time is rediculous.

    Best Buy should change its name to Worse Buy This was the first and will be the last purchase I will make from, what, best buy? I will make sure I warn my family and friends. Details are too exhaustive for me to again, elaborate. Rehashing only infuriates me. When I'm over the disappointment of the purchase, maybe then I could tell of my experience with ease. But for now, my purchase from Best Buy, with the Worst Buy.

    Worst fridge ever. Compressor broke down after 11 months. Took 2 months of Samsung sending multiple techs and taking multiple attempts before they finally junked the fridge and gave me a store credit to get a replacement fridge.

    I purchased this in May 2021. It’s been only a year and little bit after I purchased it and the freezer stopped working. Absolutely Not worth it at all if the refrigerator only lasts a year. What a waste.

    Good product for the price

    This is a decent fridge of a reasonable size. We have purchased it few days ago, and immediately discovered one problem many people noted - strange noises coming out of the fridge every once in a while. As it turned out, however, this is actually not a problem as much as a misunderstanding. The reason for the noises is the ice-maker. Ice-maker is turned on by default, however it HAS TO BE CONNECTED TO THE WATER SOURCE. Best Buy does not connect it, and unless you do it yourself the fridge will be sending an alarm very couple of hours - loud buzzing sound. Empty ice-maker also hisses and rattles on its own. The solution, which is not easy to understand from the manual, is this: 1. Open the freezer and look at the display. The little cup icon with ice-cube in it will be lit. That means ice-maker is turned on. 2. Push "power freeze" button for 3 seconds. Ice-maker will be turned off and the icon will become unlit. 3. That, however, turns on the "power freeze" itself, so you have to push this button one more time, very briefely, to turn off the power freeze. A little yellow dot next to it should be unlit. Once you do it problem is solved, and the normal operation of the fridge is not noisy by any means. Other than that, the fridge is good. It is not great, because it is on the smaller side, and the top-freezer position is not as convenient as the bottom-freezer, but given the price it is excellent.
