    Not a great experience, but FINALLY, our refrigerator was delivered 8 - 10 weeks after ordered.

    Cleaning this fridge is a bear! Additionally not a lot of room for food. Not user friendly beeps after doors are open for so long.

    Unfixable Freezer

    The freezer broke after several years due to a leak in some evaporator. After many calls to Samsung, days off of work, visits from (and payments to) their contractors, they identified the broken part. They now claim that the part is unavailable despite this refrigerator still being sold! Do not buy this because it will break and you will never get it fixed.

    Buy their phones not refrigerators

    This unit and many other similar units have a severe problem with ice buildup and ice makers not working. After about a year the draining of water from the automatic defrost cycle can no longer drain because the drain tube freezes up. You have to power the unit down for at least 24 hours to let the drain tube defrost. We had several inches of ice building up in the back corner of our freezer and couldn't close the freezer door properly. The unit just stopped cooling and we had food spoilage. This is the second unit we got from Samsung - they replaced our first after 2 1/2 years. Our replacement unit now has the problem and it will cost $500 to get them to 'fix' the problem. It seems that 1,000's of owners are having this issue and a class action has been filed.

    Warnign Don't buy

    Don't buy Samsung anything but especially refridgerator. Ice maker doesn't work stopped working the first year. There is a lawsuit against Samsung for this issue. Already have to buy a new refrigerator.
