The refrigerator arrived after much difficulty with the selection process. (Our first choice was not available, and our subsequent choice would not fit into our home.) This was recommended by the delivery person based on size, and did fit after much effort by the delivery team. They did a fantastic job!! We are very happy with the refrigerator.

I've had the fridge now for 3 weeks and everything seems to be working properly. After reading some of the horror stories that occurred during the first few weeks, I went ahead and got the extended protection. I hope that was just for the piece of mind and no issues arise.

Let's you know when the door is accidentally left oprn

After being told the fridge wv bought was counter depth, getting it home and realizing it was not, we returned it for this Samsung fridge. What a huge difference. We were a little disappointed when it arrived, because the pictures on the site were not the fridge we received. But the fridge fits and works and the wife is happy!

The fridge had an unspecified box on the top - appears to be power supply related - that made it two inches higher than listed. I had to cut a hole for it to fit under my cabinets. Neither the store nor the delivery guys understood what it was or why it was not listed in the specifications. Other than that - it works well.

Was not informed about the box on top from salesperson and had to tip it in under the cabinet to fit. Also, I am on my 3rd order for a new drawer as the ones I received were cracked at the top and will not hold the drawer in. Very frustrating although service has been good. We'll see how the 3rd one goes when I get it. I would recommend the next model up without the box on top.

Great refrigerator it's working so quiet i recommend

The product fit perfectly into allocated space. The temperatures (freezer and refrigerator compartments) cooled down quickly. Disappointed in the lack of adjustments for the shelves and door compartments. Other than the middle shelf adjusting 1 inch down and same adjustment range in one door compartment there is NO WAY to adjust them

Haven't received the product yet but have heard that it is very good and recommended by other people okay now can we get going with this

After 3 years of use water started leaking inside the fridge and onto the floor. The materials used in the plastic crispers on the bottom broke due to wear and tear. Cheap materials.

It's a nice fridge if you have limited space. The freezer drawer isn't as functional as I would like.

Nice stainless steel refrigerator for my small galley kitchen. Love the sleek modern look. Works well but wish the shelves were adjustable.

Since this was a returned item and sold at lie 60% I should accept the dents in the door

I purchased all new appliances at a price that was very reasonable or excellent appliances. The buying experience was very easy and the installers were professional and courteous. Overall, a great experience

We replaced our Amana 24 CF fridge with this one and really are happy with the features that it has and how great it fits in with our other appliances. The inside shelves and drawers make it seem as though we have almost as much inside room as the Amana.

I really like this refrigerator. It fits perfectly where I want it and the price was right.

This is a great refrigerator/freezer. My office has four of them now and it has caused several people to ask where we purchased them from. The delivery and set up is fast and perfect. Employees are always courteous and helpful.

Lack of adjustability with shelves does make it more difficult to organize taller items
