Spent a long time looking before choosing this refrigerator. Need a small one due to the available space. This replaced a 25 year old Whirlpool. I looked at Whirlpools and other "American" brands, but could not get past their lower than acceptable quality construction and design. Love the French door style but still wish that the lower freezer drawer would open further so top doors do not need to be opened for full access to freezer. Good buy so far.

Great setup. Very quiet. Keeps things cool/frozen just how we like it. Well lit. Magnets stick to it.

Overall nice upgrade from old top freezer model. Limited options due to space available but this model fit well and looks great. Only drawback is it’s a bit noisy. Not loud really but more of a groaning sound than a humming sound when rurnning. Limited flexibility with only 1 movable shelf but not a problem for us.

I like this fridge, but I couldn't find out how tricky the freezer unit is until I actually had it in my home and filled. the drawer doesn't pull out quite all the way so some shuffling around of items has to be done to find what you're looking for. Another thing is that the shelf setup is extremely limited. I had to take out a shelf in order to fit tall bottles in that wouldn't fit on the door.

After only 3 weeks from delivery of the fridge the handle of the freezer door broke off. I bought a 3 year warranty from Best Buy's Geek Squad but they said they don't cover breakages; they cover malfunctions. I made it clear that I didn't understand the difference and felt bamboozled. So I called Samsung directly and they confirmed a repair day 6 days later. So now I'm considering gettting a refund on the Best Buy warranty and just getting a new plan directly from Samsung. Pretty lame turn of events quite frankly. But the good news is that the capacity of the fridge and freezer is more spacious than expected.

We are finding that we expected a little more room. It is close to our needs but just a tad small. The freezer drawer does not pull out far enough to get a medium sized turkey in the freezer which may be a problem.

Quieter, cooler, reminders and simple to set adjustments. Door handles were tricky to install, water line for ice maker was easy. Use the door shelves wisely, gallon jugs fit nice on the bottom, not so much anywhere else in the unit. Other door shelfs are a bit small. The ice maker when cycling is the only loud thing about it.

It works but not very happy. You can only move a couple of shelves and it does not make a difference. You can only store a gallon of milk in the door. The door shelvess are about the same lots of condiments do not fit. I am dealing with it but still not happy with my purchase.

This is a replacement fridge and is working better than the last one so far. It's actually making whole ice cubs unlike the other one that just made pieces and clumped into one big solid ice chunk. This one is also quieter than the other one. Hoping I don't have problems with it like the last one.

It works well and looks great. The shelves are too close together and there’s not enough room for taller bottles or containers. Would have gotten the larger size if our kitchen could accommodate it.

After 26 years, our refrigerator finallt started giving us some issues (it was an amana bottom). I loved that refrigerator, but it was time. Anyway, due to the covid 19, there is an appliance shortage. Luckily, we found this one and it was actually in stock. Availability was a determining factor for us. It operates quietly, just getting use to these French doors. The shelves in the doors aren't very deep, kinda limiting how you need to arrange your condiments, etc. I am still trying to find the perfect placement for everything, it is a work in progress. Overall, would recommend.

We wanted a French door refrigerator but our kitchen cabinets are just a bit smaller because we have a manufactured home. This one fit our size restrictions nicely and still has all the features of a larger 24 cu ft one. It’s not as deep so it doesn’t stick out as far. Pretty quiet and cools very well.

I like the look of this drudge. Doors swing out. Soave is kinda small but manageable. Probably fit talker things after removing a shelf. Issue is ice forms at bottom of freezer.

We had space issues so this is one of two that would fit in our space. I don’t love it. Configured so that you can only fit milk jugs in the door. Larger items won’t fit on any of the shelves. The ice tray in the freezer spills ice under the drawer every time you open the freezer and pull the top drawer out.

I really like this refrigerator. but the only thing I do not like is that there is a not enough adjustment of the selves. I had to take one shelf out because of milk, soda,wine, juice, and other tall bottles. I can not put all of them on the door. To start, 2 gallons of milk takes up a lot of room.

Love my samsung french door. Will recommend it to anyone. The only one is not finger print resistant even they said it is.

I am very happy with this refrigerator. It has plenty of space in the upper and lower units and seems to be keeping things uniformly cold/frozen. It has a sleek look. There are plenty of compartments in the doors for small items, easy to grab when you need them.
