The fridge is nice and bright, door storage is small, we've already bought smaller ketchup and mustard containers, compressors are really noisy

I’ve owned better Samsung refridgerators in the past. This one seems cheap to me. When it’s not making ice it has a loud hum. I wish I could have my old fridge back.

Dimensions on box, dimensions online, and actual dimensions were all different. Bestbuy told us it was a samsung problem not theirs. Best buys appliance supervisor said he didnt care if we returned an open box it didnt affect his pay check. Samsung didnt offer to help in anyway either. Ended up having to move all kitchem cabinets. Mechanicsof fridge work fine. Wouldnt rec buying appliances through best buy. Horrible service

It worked well, but then the coils in the back starteed freezing over causing the fridgerator portion to no longer cool.

WHAT A RIP OFF! PURCHASED IN 2016, BUT STORED UNTIL OCTOBER 2020. STORED IN ORIGINAL BOX, IN A DRY PLACE. 9 MONTHS INTO USING THE FREEZER DOORS WILL NOT STAY CLOSED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANY SAMSUNG APPLIANCE TO ANYONE, AS SAMSUNG SEEMS TO HAVE NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR ITEMS

It's looks nice, but after 1 years start motor noise and leak water inside.. I'm not happy at all, I didn't expect it from Samsung..

after 14 months fridge stopped cooling lost $500.00 in food then for some reason it started working again for a few weeks then failed again . now because of covid i'm out of work and stuck with a broken fridge that no one will fix due to the coolant being flammable

I should first say that this is the only French door style on the market that fit the width of our space, so our options were very limited if we wanted the French doors! It looks nice, is well lit and functions well. It's very quiet (note that we don't use the ice maker so I can't report on that). The only major drawback that we found is that the shelves are not high enough to insert a gallon milk container or anything taller, unless you lay the items on their side. Otherwise, they need to go on either of the doors. All-in-all, we're very happy with the purchase and like the space it gives us. If you have more room for a wider or deeper fridge, I'd recommend selecting another model, but this model works great in tight spaces!

This fridge was great for the first six months. Then, it started having issues. The fridge gets too cold, so the lines in it freeze often. Then, water starts to pool underneath the drawers. If you Google "Samsung refrigerator water under drawers," there is a plethora of information. Geek Squad replaced the back panel of our fridge, but it started acting up again after our Geek Squad plan ran out. Be sure to get the plan, in case you have this issue. We love all of our other Samsung products, but this fridge isn't great.

This is a great French Door Refrigerator. I absolutely love all the space in it.

have a Samsung french door. DO NOT purchase a fridge from Samsung! 1 year and 2 days after purchase, we got dramatic ice build-up in and under the crisper drawers. Samsung (after a rather dramatic phone call with my husband) reluctantly agreed to fix it. 3 months after the "fix" it occurred again. This time Samsung refused to take responsibility for it. We paid $300 for a repair man to come and fix it. He showed up and said he couldn't make the repair because the fridge needed to be defrosted first. So nice of them to tell us that when we made the appointment! So ANOTHER day had to be taken off of work, for him to come back and fix it. He said that the first problem was a drain line that was too short (resulting in water build-up) and that the second time there was a seal that had been cracked (BY ICE FROM THE FIRST PROBLEM). So Samsung sold a defective product, and then refused to fix a problem caused by the defect. We thought two weeks ago we were in the clear, but...today there is MORE ice build up in the crisper drawers and under them. I've never been so upset with a purchase in my life! And this "top of the line" model is not even two years old.

My fridge is not even 2 years old and I am having major issues. I have SERIOUS water build up in the crisper drawers as well as under them. The water under them ends up turning into ice some days. I can't keep any food in them because the veggies get ruined! The freezer kept getting SERIOUS frost and ice built up! to the point that I could not even open the freezer. IT WAS LITERALLY FROZEN SHUT! I had to raise the temp for both the freezer and the fridge to the warmest setting possible. the freezer can not be used because the food end up buried under frost and ice built up and even with the warm temp setting there is still major ice built up. I am a single parent and can not afford a new fridge now and the repair cost a couple hundred dollars which I can not afford! Having this expense not even 2 years after making this purchase was unexpected to say the least. I called Samsung and they were no help they told me what I already knew that I was out of warranty and they couldn't answer any of my questions. They tried to sell me a warranty every 5 seconds. THEY COULD NOT ANSWER ANY OF MY QUESTIONS! After doing some more research it looks like this is a common problem with these models! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE ANOTHER SAMSUNG APPLIANCE!

The freezer was a little too low for my elder mom and dad to be reaching into. It started leaking water into the drawers after 3 years. Every 16 hours the drawers will be puddled with water. Definitely get the extra warranty on it. Apparently geek squad usually fixes this common issue with the draining on these specific refrigerators but unfortunately couldn't fix this one. They had to come out 3 times before I was able to get an entire replacement of the unit. Luckily it was still under warranty. The sucky part was, the weeks in between we had to wait every time they were scheduled to come out. It would hold for a day or two after they'd leave before it started puddling again. We were drying out drawers for what felt like days on end, at least once a day. Great for the money, but hopefully you'll get one of the units Geek Squad are able to fix.

terribly made. Twice I've had the ice maker changed and twice the main freezing components. Neither fix took and refrigerator is now unusable with leaking water coming into the crisper drawers... Then geek squad would not replace it with same model refrigerator . Stay away from both

Great straight forward fridge if you don't want all the electronics, lacks in space alittle but over no complaints

This fridge was delivered yesterday. It looks great and cooled very quickly. The delivery guys were very nice and very professional.

Worst refrigerator ever! Broke after about two months. After conducting research, we discovered the problem is a defect which results in the vegetable trays filling up with water, rendering them both useless.
