I’m so happy to not have an old, leaking refrigerator anymore. This model is spacious and works very well. I’m giving it four stars because the door shelving is very cheap and, packaging-wise, the plastic that they put around the front and sides is really hard to take off the edges so I’m still pulling away at small pieces of plastic two weeks later. It’s driving me crazy. The handle of the freezer is also lined with it and it’s really difficult to pull it all out from that narrow “pocket.” Finally, I fear I’ll have to buy the chemical cleaner for SS b/c, even tho it’s “fingerprint proof,” stuff gets on it, like water and…I’m gonna say…fingerprints! Cleaning it with water, I was told, will take away the shine. ??!! Ugh. I swear I’d never again buy stainless steel after upgrading my kitchen years ago with SS products. I was hoping that fingerprint-proof technology would make a difference but, alas… Finally, why do new models not have a covered butter holder & deli drawer? I’m keeping our cheese & sliced meats in one of the pull out drawers I’d normally fill with veggies.

I LOVE this refrigerator! I love the french door and the stainless steel looks very modern. I like that the freezer is on the bottom too. It's shockingly larger than expected. Delivery and haul away were great and no issues at all with that! There is so much room in the refrigerator! I do wish the shelves were more adjustable because I had a hard time finding a water filter that would fit (ended up using one of the side door compartments and a smaller Brita filter) so that's the only drawback. Overall, everything from delivery to set up to size have been nothing but stellar! I also set up the device to work with my smartthings so I can see when the door is open or closed which a nice feature. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends!

Our Fridge has always been the centerpiece of the kitchen and our last one was an eyesore, however our new Samsung French Door stands our like a beautiful piece of art. The black stainless steel looks beautiful and is very resistant to fingerprints. I really like how smooth it looks with the hidden handles. The fridge is very spacious, with no useless spaces. everything is open and the shelves inside and in the door have flexible spacing to fit your families needs. The freezer is actually very deep and can hold alot of food. The Icemaker is a nice addition without taking away from precious Fridge space. I also really like the French doors because the doors aren't as heavy and block my cabinets like my previous Fridge.

I LOOOOOVE my new fridge! The only thing I wish it had was a water filter for the ice maker in the freezer. I'm going to have to get a plumber over here at some point to connect our reverse osmosis line to the fridge. There is an icemaker in the freezer and it works really well. If it's too full we do get the occasional ice that falls into the back and it's annoying to reach back to get out. This is a very weirdly sized fridge which was perfect for us when we were looking for a new fridge. This was the perfect size for our very strange fridge space in our home. It's worked out perfectly though. It also has wifi and connects well to our smart home. I love being able to tell google to turn on and turn off the ice maker. You can also control the temperature of the fridge from your phone if you want. I don't like the fridges with water dispensers and screens in the front. More moving parts = more components that can potentially fail and break down. Simple is best. I enjoy smart home devices, I enjoy connecting to wifi. I think for this smart fridge this is the perfect amount of control without going overboard unnecessarily. Also don't be fooled by the small profile. This packs in A LOT OF FOOD. I was very surprised! This is very optimized to fit in a ton of items!!! I was originally really concerned because it's only 19.5 cu ft but Samsung really designed this to maximize every nook and cranny! Oh just take note. The front of the fridge does scratch very easily so if you like magnets it's gonna scratch up and look funky after a while. It's a small trade off for us. We usually have things up on the fridge so even though it has scuff marks from our magnets it's fine and not too noticeable since we have so many things up. If you're more minimal and like having a clean fridge with minimal magnets and things, be warned. It'll scuff and you might get unhappy.

I've used the Samsung RF20A5101SR/AA for about 3 weeks now and this fridge has everything we need for our family of 3. The front doors of the fridge is flat and has no protruding handles to maintain a minimalist look. The surface is coated with an aluminum texture that is pretty resistant to fingerprints and water stains. The stains that do keep are easily eliminated through a wipe that doesn't streak. The fridge has an icemaker but no water dispenser. It took a couple of days to get used to not having a water dispenser, but I'd gladly have a fridge with a minimalist profile. I just keep my water in a pitcher on the large door shelves. The internal icemaker is nice and is stored within a pull-out compartment within the freezer. This makes the ice more accessible and I can use a cup to scoop out the amount of ice I want rather than wait for an ice dispenser to slowly doll out the good stuff in a more traditional fridge with an ice dispenser on the door. The ice maker was fast and the ice bucket was full after letting it run overnight. The installer advised us to dump out the first bucket of ice initially as the fridge washed out the pipes. The smart features on the fridge were nice. I can set the temperature (separately for the freezer/ fridge) as well as turning the ice machine on/off in the Samsung app even when I'm not home. The app will alert me on my phone if the fridge door has been left open. Since I have a Samsung TV, a notification will also appear on my TV screen to let me know that the door was left open. Overall, I'm happy with the built quality and the minimalist look of the fridge. I would not hesitate to recommend this fridge to my friends and family.

So far it has been a great purchase. It looks awesome and has a lot of space to fit items. It is quiet and ice maker works great. Only thing I wish it that the freezer drawer opened out more, but so far it hasn't been a major issue.

This fridge is very nice and looks great in our kitchen. The doors open easily and I like the way they overlap in the middle to create a tight seal. The placement of the freezer on the bottom allows for the top refrigerator area to be super wide and makes it easy to access the stuff we use every day. The glass shelves are sturdy and feel like they'll support whatever we put on them, which is a lot! The ice maker produces a ton of ice quickly and is always full. I like the thermostats and how easy it is to dial in the perfect temperature with the digital display. I also love the LED lighting which is a beautiful soft light that gives the perfect amount of light to find whatever you're looking for. * In the interest of full disclosure, I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion and review.

I would certainly recommend this to everyone. It is a great appliance. It is very slick. If you don't need water dispenser this a a great refrigerator for you. The shelfs are strong. I would suggest putting more options for making shelfs higher or lower. It works great for us but some people would like to change based on their needs. I love the fact that i can connect it to my smart things and it will notify me if we leave the door open(which we do a lot). I also like that it doesn't have the handles to open the door which makes it look even better. I did have some trouble setting it up and adding it to my smart things app but i was able to add it. Over all a great appliance. I would buy again if i need to.

I am absolutely blown away by the fridge and it couldn't have come at a better time. I was in the market for a new fridge as part of my kitchen remodel and this fits very well. I love having the freezer on bottom and the french door aspect. There is so much room and the LEDs make it very easy to find things at night. The sleek color is absolutely amazing as well, I left the peel of plastic on until the remodel is done. Did I mention it has a ice maker that too is a nice added edition compared to my old fridge. I also love that I can hook it up to my Samsung Smart things app and control the temp of the fridge and freezer from my phone. This fridge has already exceeded all expectations.

We recently purchased this refrigerator. It is great. Plenty of room compared to our old fridge. I love that it can connect to the smart things app & let you know if the door was left open.

I gave my boyfriend the credit card, and told him to pick a fridge. I was pleasantly surprised, both by the price and the fridge. It’s hUUUUUGE. Probably not, but it seems like it. We put A LOT of food in it. Probably all the food would fit in it. And the cats slide right down the side. No handles. They don’t like it, but I sure do.

I love my fridge! It has WiFi and all. Wish I would of gotten the upgrades but it's ok! Perfect for my family's size.

Have not used the fridge yet, just got it connected. So far so good. It's pretty, it's cold,, ice maker seems to work well so far. Will rate once I start using it.

So far it’s been great! Delivery team was awesome, they were very careful and also took our old fridge for recycling. It was very easy to get it set up with the temperature we needed and the WiFi set up is not necessary. Ice maker is working great also, I got it connected to our water dispenser line so water is already filtered as well. It’s actually really quiet as well, even quieter than the water dispenser I have! Couldn’t be happier with the purchase, definitely would recommend.

Really happy with the purchase, as well as the delivery and haul-away service. We had to wait a long time since there are such limited options for a french door model in this size, but it was worth it. Huge improvement over our old frig. Haven't connected it to the WiFi yet, so no comment on those functions. The icemaker is nice. Tall items (wine bottles, water jugs) standing upright only fit in the door, so that is a small design flaw. but otherwise it is great.

This refrigerator is good it got cold quickly the ice maker is great the only thing is that the freezer part is extremely small I wish it was bigger but it is great for a small family I loved that it is energy star and I also got it at a discounted price #insider it fits perfect in the spot that I have it in and the fingerprint resistant outside is perfect also the app works great.

This is a fabulous refrigerator. It is the perfect size for my pantry area where I have it located. The space for it was not very large, but this 19.5 cubic foot appliance is good size on the inside and stores a lot of stuff. Not having door handle to stick out into the room makes it even better. I highly recommend this fridge.
