I loved the refrigerator part, but drawer freezer is one small dump space. Even without an ice maker, it's tiny. The bottom "dump in" part is less than 12 inches wide and slopes up. It's only good for kid or man type foods like huge bags of French fries or popsicles. This doesn't work for carefully prepped frozen soups, beans or casseroles. And after 3 weeks it won't stay closed and ruined my frozen food. Will switch to standard side by side and push it over to the right to give a gap on the right. I also suggest the new Kimchi Samsung 17.5 for a small space.

The issue I have is the shelves have limited adjustments so many items (bottles, etc.) have to be laid on their sides & cannot stand upright.

NOT THIS! LOVE THIS FRIDGE!! Its super quiet, (something very important to me), the size is perfect and its easy to keep clean. I use stainless steel wipes to shine it up, and wow! No prints. Stays cold, no glitches, no hassles....

Ice machine works great. My only knock on it is that tall items like a water pitcher need to be in the side drawer unless you want to take one of the shelves out.

Disappointed that it did not come with its own water filter for the ice maker. Biggest downside is that tall items care very limited. Takes getting used to.

Very spacious, ice maker machine is fabulous and the lower freezer has a great deal of space The entire refrigerator is very well lit and provides more than adequate space for bottles on the inside of doors. WE LOVE OUR NEW 19.5 cu.ft SAMSUNG FRIDGE!

But the extra space is nice 5 stars on the space

My only complaint is I wish the shelves allowed for a little more adjustment because things like our large Britta filter, do not fit.

I called Samsung service and was told to unplug and then plug unit back in. I did this and about two hours later it started cooling back down. I told them this was not acceptable and I wanted a service call. It took two weeks to get a service person here. I am now waiting for parts to come in with no idea when that will be. If it wasn't for all of that, I like the design of the unit, but I'm concerned it will quit again and I'll lose everything in it again.
