Best Buy quickly took care of this problem and sent out a new one that works. No complaints on the new fridge but it also isn’t super exciting either. Keeps things cold is a great start for a fridge though :)

A little difficult with the doors. You have always check and push them to close. The fridge hard to open. Maybe in a while will be used to it.

Everything is perfect except handles. There is no handle on the face of doors. You need reach to the top - too high, or open from the bottom slop of the door - too low.

Great fridge but lopsided

Shelves do not adjust to fit a gallon jug (won't put dairy in door), but I transfer to glass milk bottles and it looks and tastes better.
