Was very impressed with ease of opening and shutting doors since there are no handles.

Looks good, lots of interior space and shelving. Unfortunately the cooling system broke twice in the first 3 weeks of ownership. Samsung did send repair technician.

The refrigerator stopped cooling after 9 months. it was covered under warranty. It took over 1 month for them to fix it with multiple visits. Once fixed, it broke again in 4 weeks. Now waiting again for it to be fixed. I am greatly disappointed. Thankfully we have two. Couldn't imagine others who only have 1 and it breaks on them multiple time and takes months to fix. My previous Samsung 2 refrigerators also had problems within 2yrs of age. I believe this will be my last Samsung. 3 refrigerators going bad... I have learned my lesson. I don't typically provide reviews but felt I needed to share my experience on this one.

Notice the purchase date 06/13/2022 installed 07/07/2022 and today the compressor failed less than 2months of service. Samsung is sending someone to look at it 09/02 and Best Buy was no help at all, said it is out of their hands, I had to contact Samsung oh and try to get someone that speaks a language you can understand. This refrigerator replaced an almost 20 year old LG refrigerator. My concern is can they fix it and then I will have a repaired unit that probably will fail again. So disappointed with Samsung and with Best Buy. I purchased an entire kitchen package refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and range.

I love the refrigerator but the ice still tastes bad. I have been throwing away buckets of ice for several weeks now and the bad taste will not filter out. I know it's not from the water line because I have disconnected the line from the freezer and filled up a cup of water from the line and it tastes normal. All i want is ice that i can actually use from my ice maker

I received my Samsung 19.5 cu 3 French door refrigerator in stainless steel. Let me start off by saying it’s beautiful!! I replaced a 32 cu refrig and this new one fits everything I need. When you open up the door it is bright and feels so fresh and clean. there’s a panel on the right lower side where I can change the temperature of the frig and the freezer. You can also turn ice making on or off. I set mine off since we don’t have a water line connected. You can use the Samsung smart app as well and control your temperature right from your phone!!!! I also love the freezer on the bottom. It has to level the top you can put your ice and in the bottom I loaded up with all my frozen meats etc. so spacious! There aren’t any handles that you can see you can grab from underneath the fridge or above where there are openings to grab. Same thing with the freezer it’s apart of the drawer so you can easily just pull it from the top. I also love that it’s certified energy efficient! What an awesome sleek looking fridge that is also fingerprint resistant! So the fridge is going to stay nice all day and night! I received this Samsung Refrigerator at a discount in exchange for your honest opinion!

First off, let me say that my previous fridge was a twenty year old side by side. That being said, most of my complaints are me just getting used to a completely different set up. I love the black stainless look of the fridge! The finger prints I just wipe off everytime I dry my hands with a dish towel. It's awesome to be able to fit huge items (Walmart pizza, I'm looking at you) with no problem. I feel that the freezer doesn't hold as much and it has to be dug through to find things. If the ice container is full, sometimes when you open the freezer the cubes can get caught and fall behind the whole freezer drawer which is a pain. Oh well, just turn it off when it's full. I have a probably unwarranted concern that the moving "bar" that the fridge doors close on will break since it's a moving part that gets a ton of use. I haven't seen one iota of evidence that this will happen, I just look for things to worry about. The shelves have a very limited adjustment. Milk will only fit in the door. It's obvious that's where Samsung designed it to go. Anything you read will tell you to never put milk in the door since it's the warmest spot in the fridge. I'm making myself believe this fridge is just so awesome at cooling that this isn't a problem. It hasn't been as of yet. After installing and set up both sections cooled extremely quickly which is awesome for the food hanging out waiting to be put back. I'm going to add containers of some kind which is another just me issue probably. I'm 5'2". If anything on the top shelf is smaller or pushed to the back I have a terrible time getting to it. I feel it would help that issue and just organization in general to have clear containers that I can slide out for such items. The fridge likes to yell at you when you leave the door open longer than it likes. This is a good thing but what about when I'm cleaning it? There needs to be a button on the control panel to silence it if need be. As far as I am aware there isn't. The "War and Peace" of a manual didn't say anything about that but I could have missed it. All in all I do love the fridge. I know it seems like I'm complaining about petty things but that's all there is to complain about! It's a great fridge. It looks good, runs quietly, doesn't drop ice loud enough to make you think the sky is falling and cools efficiently.
