Overall the sound quality is good and level. One thing I've noticed is that the volume changes for different apps on my smart TV.

Exactly what I felt this product would be.... it was purchased for the den (kid's playroom) & it gets just loud enough so the little ones don't have to scream over each other BUT can hear there shows perfectly !!!

Wasn't able to find the logic in sending a connection cable separate days earlier from the item that was ordered as a gift. Also not sure how I feel about being reminded 20+ times to make a review.

I’m sure it would be a lot better than “average” if it ever gets delivered. It’s been over a month and it still hasn’t even given me an estimated delivery date. I would have just gone somewhere else or chose a different item if I had known it was going to take this long.

It is a good entry level soundbar if you just want something more. Does not compete with higher models with sub.

It difficult to control because there is no way to know what the volume is set on.

I bought this during Black Friday and there was other options that came with a subwoofer but Samsung is a great brand and when I saw this one it looked clean and it was the perfect size. The sound quality is great, the built in subwoofer sounds natural and still punchy and isn’t overdone like the tradition separate subwoofer. Usually soundbars say it has built in subwoofers but they are just regular sound bars, this one is different because you can see it does have some type of subwoofer from the big hole in the back. Only problem is it came with no hardware for wall mounting but all it takes is 2 screws and 2 wall anchors to get it on the wall so I’m not that upset.

It didn’t not work with my SAMSUNG TV, I wasted some much time on this thing and it didn’t work

Best Buy (in their infinite wisdom) shipped this via USPS (who lost the item). Way to go!!!

Easy hook up and great sound! This is in my sons game room and it sounds so good. Very happy with this soundbar!

Adequate soundbar for the Black Friday price. Can see the difference in the music. However, when listening, the TV sounds better. Using on a Samsung TV so it turns on when TV is turned on and volume can be controlled from the TV remote. It turns off after a while when TV is turned off. It is very loud compared to TV volume.

the sound bar is great,, was easy to install and set up,, my only issue is that the box looked like it was thrown around,, the box had several openings in it like someone kick the box around cause they were to lazy to pick it up and when I told the individual at best buy about the condition of the box they told me this is how they received it, they couldn't care less about my concerns

Great little Soundbar. Good for an apartment size living room. All around good output
