I purchased this for use with an older 58" Samsung Plasma TV. The speakers on the TV were rear facing and sounded somewhat muted and soft to me. I wasn't looking for a mega-surround experience with this particular location. I purchased the unit and it was a snap to set up! The sound was very clean and crisp and the subwoofer did a very nice job filling in bass. I have read that some people don't think it is loud enough. Well, it is plenty loud for my particular application! And, even though my TV was 8-9 years old, the existing TV and DirecTv remotes programed and operated the sound bar with no problem!

Bought this sort of on a whim. Had been thinking about a soundbar for a while and saw this one in store during an open box sale. Got it for a really good price. Good product. We have a Samsung TV so the remotes are almost identical which in reality is kind of annoying. Wish the soundbar could be programmed to control the TV as well so we could just use one remote. Didn't pay full price so maybe wouldn't give it 5 stars if I had, but for the price I paid its a great product.

This sound bar with sub woofer will absolutely satisfy your desire for a full room sound without the need for stacks of speakers. Simple hook-up (one fiber optic cable, included) and a remote that is intuitive. It also has an auxiliary input as well as Bluetooth! Plug the sub into a power source and the two components are synced right out of the box. Easy operation and satisfying sound. Excellent price point.

Hands down, a lot of bang for the buck. Very attractive and discreet sound bar with wireless sub. Set up was a breeze. The remote was a little quirky at first and had my doubts. We love it especially for movies and music. Both the sub and bar are very strong without being overwhelming. Unit was on sell initially and salesperson actually found more discount. Highly recommended.

Incredible sound compared to my 60 inch Samsung TV which has decent speakers. It works seamlessly with the Samsung TV remote so you can put it's remote out of site. On top of great TV sound (crystal clear voices), Bluetooth connection to my smartphone could rock the neighbors and still be clear as a bell and all for less then $200. I bought an open box unit for $98 when the new ones were on sale. I'm streaming Vevo music videos, YouTube and Google Play with CD quality sound all from my smartphone to my TV and soundbar!!! I had a $3000 stereo in my vehicle at one time so I know what I'm talking about. The bluetooth subwoofer is weak even at its highest setting but the bar pumps out lots of mid and upper end BASS (enough to get apartment dwellers in trouble). This will do me fine until I have $1000 to spend.

If you want a good sounding sound bar that will not break the bank buy it. Plus i got it on sale too. My tv sound is so much better now. And with the wireless subwoofer and option to add more speakers later if you need makes this a great soundbar for the money.

Purchased the sound bar when it was on sale, i thought to myself for $120 why not. Took it home after listening to it in the store and it sounded amazing. My living room isn’t huge by any means. I live in an apartment, i find myself at times turning it down when watching TV because its a bit too loud. Great sound overall

I had never been sold on a soundbar for an entertainment system, but when I purchased my new TV I found it lacking in the sound department and missed the rumbling booms of the explosion when watching any action movies. After reading reviews and a good price drop, I decided to check this out. Being an Elite member, I knew I could take it back if not satisfied. After a 5 minute process of hooking this up it was off and running. The booms were back! The only thing bad I can say about this is that there really is not a medium range, well, none at all to be honest. Simple hookup, easy to control, and Bluetooth connectivity. I say it was worth the purchase for a Samsung product. They haven't let me down yet.

I wanted something that sounded great but didn't want to Emory the wallet. I'm very happy with this purchase. The sound produced is very nice and movies pump out great sound! This is a great addition and compliments the tv quite nicely. I would recommend this to anyone that wants a great sounding bar without expensive price tag.

TV sets are really advanced now compared to even a few years ago... That is EXCEPT for the SOUND Quality built into them. You need a sound bar with today's flat screen tv's unless you want to hear sound that resembles a 1960's transistor radio. This sound bar is a great value for the money.

Purchased for a non - primary TV set in a smaller room, this Samsung soundbar has absolutely revitalized our movie watching experience. Booming bass with well defined upper and midrange. Great overall value and easy to set up. For the price, you will not be disappointed.

I did not speak high performance first for the price and second because even very satisfied with Samsung and wanted to match with my smartvs I have other preferences when it comes to sound quality performance. Indeed the subwoofer is below expectations so it could be enhanced.

Got this soundbar for use on a 2nd/backup TV. It may actually make it's way to being used as a primary sound source due to it's quality. Kind of feel like we over-upgraded! Good, solid sound, deep bass. All around a good product, especially for the price point!

Bought for our living room, very easy setup no setup really needed for wireless sub. Plug and play. First movie we watched was wonder woman, and all the fighting scenes and music were beautifully delivered by the sub and sound bar. Very happy with buy

I bought this to use with the TV in my home gym. I didn't need anything too fancy for the room which is 14'x24'. The sound is pretty decent for the price although I do wish it was a little bit louder when I get 2 fans going in the room.

I got this soundbar at black friday for 119. I never had a sound system for my tv before but i think this is a great equipment. I got it for my 55 inch samsung in my living room. Great for streaming my spotify and netflix.

I was deciding between 3 sound bars. I went with this one because it was the mid-range price. I'm so glad I chose it. The sound quality is great and it wasn't too expensive. It also looked nicer than the others.

This soundbar system has very good sound quality and the connection setup was very easy. I was looking for extra sound quality for my bedroom tv and this system was exactly what I needed. I am still working out the settings.

Switched from cable to fire tv, started to watch more movies, but my tvs speakers didn't do it for me. I was amazed how much better, richer the sound is using the Samsung soundbar. excellent value for the price.
