This sound bar was priced right, and is a nice addition in our living room. We watch mostly casual TV and listen to iTunes via Bluetooth to the sound bar. Replaced our receiver and CD changer. Nice full sound. Easy setup. Works perfectly with our Samsung TV

I bought this soundbar and wireless sub woofer after the sales guy showed me several others that were more expensive. This sounds great in my home, and I especially like the Bluetooth so I can play music off of my iPhone. Great sound, great price.

on sale for 119.00 def worth that. set up was very easy with optical cable. Not amazing sound, but def good enough, especially for smaller rooms or second/guest rooms. I wouldn't use for my main tv, but for a secondary tv, for the price its good.

the improvement over regular tv speakers is awesome. The $$ was well spent for this upgrade. No regrets at all. Easy and fast hookup.

Good sound and blue-tooth connectivity is strong. Just make sure to download & apply the latest firmware. I had some occasional popping using it out of the box, but once latest firmware was applied it went away. Also wish Samsung would have provided a usb-to-microusb adapter/cable so I could attach a usb flash drive where I downloaded the firmware to. Had to order one before I could put the new firmware on. Microusb is not as common as USB. Samsung included an optical cable (thank you) but why not also include a microusb-to-usb cable please.

This system meets or exceeds my expectations. The sound is real good and plenty of volume. The wireless subwoofer really puts out thumping, chest vibrating lows. You have to be careful that you don’t accidentally reset the subwoofer to zero, but no problem after you know how it works. A little weak on voice compared to the bass, but that could be cause my old ears don’t do higher frequencies as well. I paid $170. Sound is as good as some sets I looked at for up to $300.

I was skeptical of picking up this sound bar even after reading positive reviews online from various websites. I've always been partial to Samsung and Bose soundbars, but the Samsung bars I've had were the higher end SBs. This time around I wanted something that would still serve our need in a smaller room and I've been very surprised with the sound that this bar puts out. It comes with a new amount of connections to use and the bluetooth/wireless set up is cake.

Sounds awesome, easy set up, and a great, low price...what more could you ask for?

I purchased this sound bar after going into my local Best Buy store and inquiring about sound bars. The sales guy was so helpful and patient. He let me listen to many systems to determine what sound I was looking for. It sounds amazing in my theatre room. The rumble effect sounds like I am sitting in the movie theater instead of my bonus/movie/ game room. Good product and great price!

My Samsung HDTV has decent sound, but this soundbar & subwoofer set improved it tenfold! I chose this set because it had a slightly higher max wattage & a 7” subwoofer instead of 6.5”. Great value for the money & comparable sound quality to soundbars that cost 2-3 times more. Bass is the most noticeable improvement over the HDTV speakers & the soundbar has far richer, fuller sound with less tinniness. It’s so easy to set up, and very convenient to get the best sound quality when hooking up via HDMI using the TV ARC connection so that anything you play through your HDTV (i.e. Xbox, Blu-ray) plays through the soundbar without the need for additional connections. When paired with the Samsung Wireless Rear Loudspeakers (SWA-8500S/ZA) the sound is perfect after adjusting levels to the size of your room. Highly recommended and well worth the money!

Awesome sound. Easy set up. Sounds better than some higher priced units

Excellent quality this would be consider above average sound bar. It does everything I need. If you try and listen to the TV sound system you really see how good it is. Strong bass and very good voice quality. I like the clear voice sound setting the best. Hook it up to the ARC HD on your TV than you can control the on and off and sound with your TV remote and get the highest quality sound. Getting the sound through HD is always the highest quality despite what one of the best buy sales person tried to tell me. If you want good sound don't get any lessor quality than this sound bar. Its not worth the savings if you like good sound. I also found it easy to set up if you read the directions. Don't forget to use the ARC HD on your TV, if your TV has ARC HD. It will say ARC on the back of the connection

It was so easy to set up that it surprised me. All the connections were easy and solid. The different sound settings are a wide enough variety to give outstanding sound to whatever I want to watch or listen to. Deep rich bass, clean mid range and crisp high end all giving the clear sound that I want. I would highly recommend this.

Easy setup and the sound is great. blue tooth works

Can be controlled by the TV remote when used with my Samsung Smart TV. Sound is very good. Setup is easy. If you want sound when you project your PC wirelessly, make sure to connect the sound bar to the TV via the HDMI ARC. This is not clear in the instructions and required a call to Samsung support.

I bought this soundbar to increase the sound and experience on a Samsung TV I bought and keep in the bedroom. There are many bars from different makers to choose, but this one is attractive due to cost. It was easy to set up (it comes with an optical cable compatible with the TV) and has great sound.

I've never bought a soundbar before - I grew up with over complicated, multi-component stereo systems. The reviews for soundbar are all over the place. Despite buying a Vizio 60" TV, I went with this Samsung unit after listening to many units and checking reviews to confirm there were no issues across manufacturers. Works fantastically. Sounds great. Never an issue with the subwoofer becoming unsynced. Turns on and off with the TV (after a reasonable delay). I went with an optical connection between the tv and soundbar. No problem switching between inputs on the tv and sound always routing to the soundbar. Thumbs up!

This was surprisingly easy to set up and get working. The subwoofer is wireless and connected automagically. It was easy to get my non-Samsung remote working with the system. The system sounds great. I have not yet tried the bluetooth connection but I assume it will connect easily.

purchased this on black friday to go with the new tv, this sound bar is great (wife wanted this so we didn't have so many speakers around) I thought but I like having all these speakers glad I listened to her you don't need all those speakers... sound is great

I can’t believe how good this sound bar is. I read many of the review before purchasing. They are right and I made good decision to purchase. The bass is awesome and sound quality is superb. If you are on market for sound bars , you should buy this one.
