This sound bar is EASY to hook up and sounds GREAT!!!!! The subwoofer adds the extra kick! Makes any tv show/movie/game/song sound great! I like that you can see which function the soundbar is in rather than guessing by the number of dots as other soundbars do; way easier to navigate!

I bought this sound bar on sale so I got a good deal on it. While it is not great, the sound is good.

I was looking for an affordable soundbar to enhance the sound of our new Toshiba 4K tv and read the reviews about this Samsung 2.1 soundbar with wireless subwoofer. Since the reviews were so great and the price was very reasonable, I decided to purchase it. We live in a small apartment and didn't want to have to run wires for the subwoofer so I was thrilled that it was a wireless unit! The biggest problem I had was connecting the Digital Audio Toslink cable! I could NOT get it to go into the S/PDIF receptacle until I finally realized there were very tiny protective caps on the end of each connector! So PLEASE be sure to remove those first before plugging in and you'll be good to go! The wireless subwoofer works great and I have to be careful about NOT turning it up too loudly or it will radiate bass to the neighbors below!! The 130W amp works tremendously well!! Another cool feature of this unit is that you can link your iphones, ipads, or other mobile devices via bluetooth and play music from those devices through the Samsung soundbar and subwoofer!! Really cool! Love it!

Easy set up. I wish it really was "wireless" You have to connect speakers to the base and the base connects to the soundbar Wirelessly. You can adjust the sound from your soundbar. Make sure the rear speakers are on. The NBA finals sound great and so do movies. They are small and not bad for 40$. No regrets.

this sound bar is pretty great, even though it was the cheapest option. if i had a samsung tv i could link to it wirelessly. my only issue is i can't seem to link this to a universal remote, so i have to have the sound bar remote forever! or until i buy a samsung tv... whichever comes first.

Was looking for a surround sound without breaking the bank, also had a 30$ gift card. Purchases this open box and bought the geek squad protection came out to about 80$ total. It has a lot of bass (which I like) . easy set up and great for the price! I'm a die hard Samsung fan so I'm kind of biased.

Quality of sound is pretty good... bought it for my office. Bluetooth connection to my desktop works great. Subwoofer is on the smaller size but sounds pretty good. I wouldn't use it for your main tv if you have a larger living room. Medium size or smaller room is great! Price is good!

My girlfriend and I were fixing up our small spare bedroom and turning it into a video game/movie room. This sound bar is plenty powerful enough to make you feel like you are in a movie theater. The small subwoofer puts out enough base to fill up the house and make your head hurt on the highest levels (which is awesome!). The sound is very high quality, no feedback or static (the voices from Madden were so good my Kinect on my Xbox thought I was talking and kept calling audibles ha). It was extremely easy to set up, basically plug it in and go, and Bluetooth to your phone makes it even better. For the price you're not going to find anything better and easier to work with than this soundbar/subwoofer combo.

I would never pay the full price for this soundbar, but if you nab it on sale for under $120 then its a great deal. I own this model and the wired model (J355) and both deliver an enhanced audio experience lacking in most, if not all, tvs. TVs nowadays have terrible speakers because of slimming and streamlining the look of tv, so every tv practically begs for a soundbar. This soundbar will deliver a more clear, crisp sound and has significant bass as well. The subwoofer won't blow you away but it definitely rumbles. If you want a full surround sound/theatre experience then this is not for you. But if you want to meet halfway between a tv's standard speaker sound and a surround sound system's sound, then this is sure to please.

I bought this for my basement living room, didn't want to mess with putting up a Bluetooth surround system. This is just as good! Great sound and great bass! We listen to satellite radio when we are playing cards entertaining guests and the quality of sound is amazing. Great buy!

This was easy to set up and provides nice sound vs. the TV sound itself which wasn't too bad to begin. The remote unit paired automatically and provides the surround sound effect. Highly recommend for the price, quality and ease of installation.

We got this for our bedroom and it is great! Quality sound for the small space and for a bedroom. Good bass! I feel like you have to turn it up to a pretty high number for normal viewing though...but that really the only issue we have with it.

I use this wonderful soundbar in my boathouse playroom to enhance playback movies on the large video screen. It also allows guests with bluetooth smartphones to play their music. Great sound. Very easy set-up.

You can't beat the quality of this sound bar at this price level.It has all the features you need to enhance any 4K TV to another level of enjoyment. Very easy to connect, great sound, all the functions you need and it looks terrific.The subwoofer is great but don't expect the room to vibrate with it. This soundbar is perfect for a small to midsize room, if you want it for a large room, get something more powerful.I bought it at the same time as a 40 inches Samsung 4K tv and the pairing is awesome. For those of us who don't like having many remote controls around, you can sync the basic functions of this soundbar and the 4K tv through your Uverse remote control which definitely makes life easier.

I was looking for a sound bar with a wireless subwoofer at a reasonable price. I saw that there were three levels of Samsung sound bars. This one was on sale for $149.99. The Best Buy sales person told me that the volume on this sound bar was terrible and not to waste my money. It was not very loud when she played it. I decided that I would take a chance on it and try it out at home. This sound bar is great. It has good sound and is very loud. It has different sound modes, adjustments for treble, bass, and the sound woofer, and connects to our tv box through an optical cable (which it came with). If you are looking for a reasonably priced sound bar that performs well, then this is the one for you.

This was fairly easy to set up even though I do not have a samsung tv. The directions could have been more clear. You had to read all of them in order to find what you were looking for as the information was not categorized very well. Like the remote shortcut for syncing with your tv remote(holding down the sound button until it said on tv remote.) I have uverse and the s-10 remote so that is the only way to get it working right because there is no code that works with this uverse remote. Sound is much better than the speakers on the tv that point downward, and I really like to listen to music from my phone with the bluetooth available on this soundbar.

Good soundbar for the price. However, at 130 watts it is a little underpowered for a room larger then 150 square feet. Good for a bedroom....but that's about all.

The setup of the system was very easy and the bluetooth option worked as expected. The over-all sound for such a small sound bar system is well worth the money spent.

Look at the price and realize this thing is not going to shake the walls. It sounds good gets fairly loud Bluetooth works great and it's cheap. Good buy!!!
