Purchased for a bedroom that already has a Samsung 40" TV (which I love). I intentionally bought the Samsung sound bar to match, even though I had GREAT results previously from a Vizio sound bar in a different room. The Samsung connection was extremely difficult to insert, and I was extremely disappointed that it didn't "auto sync" with the TV (like my previous experience with the Vizio; literally plug and play with ZERO hassle). This is the 1st time I've been let down by a Samsung purchase. The sound bar works, and does what it's supposed to do, but I give it a 6 out of 10 stars. Slightly better than average.

I purchased this model as a guaranteed inspected and approved sound bar for my new TV. It works fine, but when first opened the bag for the remote had been torn open already and the battery and battery cover were missing. I called customer service 3 times, spending well over 2.5 hours total on the phone trying to get the parts replaced. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service over the phone from BestBuy. I finally had to drive to a store location and they did replace the missing parts. But the incompetence I encountered over the phone will definitely discourage me from purchasing from BestBuy.

My wife loves this because it allows us to use much lower volume and I can understand the dialogue better. Suitable for smaller spaces; not going to blast the neighbors but that is not my goal when I listen to music or tv.

I got this for my dad who has a hearing aid but still likes to crank the TV. The speakers on his TV are horrible so bought this for him. The wireless subwoofer makes very clear bass and LOUD!

I can't believe that I can get movie quality sound in my den with this sound bar. The bass is awesome and the sound realistic. Great clarity with streaming blue tooth.

Another quality Samsung product. Does an excellent job providing easy "surround sound" to your entertainment system (note that this was hooked up to all Samsung equipment, so do not know how it reacts with other brands)

works great for the price. could have a little more bass but just replaced a more powerful receiver system and just needed to get used to it. took a few tries to get it going, the directions are a little lacking.

I purchased this product about three weeks ago and let me tell you I will never go back to another Soundbar the amplifier is Awesome the subwoofer is Awesome plus the bar itself is Awesome you can't beat it!!!!!!!!!

This sound bar has great sound for the money. Only drawback is that the voices don't always match the video. A little annoying at times. Hard to get synced up.

This is a great product and my family and I have been enjoying using this item. I would surely recommend it to others. In fact my brother is considering buying the same item after seeing ours. Great product!

Was not happy with the sound from my set - i think worsened a bit as it was in a cabinet/ent center. This soundbar w/ the sub-woofer brought the entire system to life - movies are now much more enjoyable.

I bought this for my son for Christmas. The tech was so helpful at the store I ended up getting myself one too, and so happy with the black Friday price.

my mother-in-law has been wanting a sound bar for awhile since most sound comes through the back of the television & she said it sounds muffled. she really enjoys the sound & it was very easy to install.

My roommate and I have this in our living room and our music can be heard throughout the apartment. I love that I can wirelessly connect my phone via Bluetooth and walk around the apartment with a solid connection.

Great product overall, had a little trouble connecting to the Bluetooth with my phone at first. But the sound quality is nice, and the set up was easy.

Somewhat easy to setup, however I can't get the subwoofer to work. The light is on but I hear no sound emitting from it. Otherwise, the sound is pretty decent.

This product is great for the person that would like a deeper more realistic sound that is above the TV speakers. These are more powerful and for the money just what i was looking for at the time.

This speaker system really improves the sound of my 60' tv. Had better low end sound. Don't expect it to sound great like a high end stereo system. But for the money it greatly improves the sound.

For the money, this sound bar is fantastic. Others said the bass was that great, but I have found it to be very good. Keep in mind, this isn't a Bose or high end sound bar, but definitely worth the money.
