      A common misunderstanding is that customers are not placing the soundbar with the SAMSUNG logo facing up towards the ceiling. If you position the soundbar with the logo facing up, you will see the display/status panel and the speakers will be facing outward. (Refer to product photos on BestBuy.com and zoom in on the photos)

      If you have incorrectly placed the soundbar with the display side down and the SAMSUNG logo perpendicular to the floor, you will experience muffled or low quality sound because the unit will be resting on the speakers.

    Bought was as an open box item that had excellent condition on the box. Bought the protection plan for backup. The subwoofer would not synch they sent it if for repair and it still would not work. Nobody in the store could show me how to sych it. This open was no good.

      Thank you for your review of the Samsung Audio Soundbar. I am sorry to hear that you had some control issues with this soundbar

      By default, power ON by the TV is set to off. You have to press the "Bluetooth POWER" button on the remote to turn the feature on. The Bluetooth POWER On function is available after you have successfully connected the Soundbar to a Bluetooth compatible TV using TV SoundConnect. When the Bluetooth POWER On function is ON, turning the connected TV on or off will turn the Soundbar's power on and off as well.

      Please refer to the diagram drawing of the remote in your User Manual (page 9 "REMOTE CONTROL"). Then refer to pages 22 and 28 for further details

    Nice compact set. Unfortunately, my remote was not operational. This, I could not fully complete the installation (could not sync to sub woofer). Contacted Best Buy and after several emails, I could not get a remote. Regretfully, I returned it.

    This product was easy to set up but stopped working after 2 months. I didn't want this sound bar since I have a vizio tv but listened to the salesperson. This sound bar is stuck on search and won't work. This is going back to bestbuy!
